Ms. X aged 12 years; currently residing in the US; presents with the following:

Chief Complaints:
Two small growths on the left foot for a few weeks

History of Presenting Illness:
The complaints began after the patient started with her swimming lessons.

On Examination:

(The consultation was carried out on video call. The pictures of the foot with dates have been attached.)

Two warts are visible-
A larger one is there towards the mid-left of the left foot.
A smaller one is present below the second toe from right.
The case was taken and the homeopathic medicines were sent through post.

4 October 2023:
The larger wart started swelling, turning blackish-blue with accumulation of fluid inside it.

5th – 12th October 2023:
The swelling grew in size. On 12th October; the fluid was drained by a physician in the US as per mutual discussion with the patient’s mother with us.

20th October 2023:
The upper layer of skin was removed by the physician in the US. The wart; thereafter came off automatically.

(Note: In most cases, the wart falls off automatically or shrinks with homeopathic medicine. Here since there was accumulation of fluid and risk of infection; the patient was asked to consult a local physician as well.)

14 November 2023:
The second wart came off / resolved automatically with homeopathic treatment.

3 December 2023:
Now healing of the skin under the warts is taking place in the left foot. The pictures with dates follow.
