I’ve been at Clayton for about 3 months now and these are some common lies I have to combat to help people understand that they are closer to having their own home on their own land than they think.

1. I need a 620 credit score
2. I need to save up 20% for a down payment
3. I have to have my well and septic already installed
4. Manufactured homes don’t appreciate
5. I need to clear my land first

Today was my very first closing since I’ve been at Clayton Homes of Orangeburg and ahhhhhh I can write a book about this experience🥹❤️

I met Jai on Facebook, and she was the first person to come to our home center who asked to work with me. Fast forward a couple weeks later, she closed on her new home today! I’m so proud and happy for her.

She always jokes saying “girl I blow your phone up like I’m your man”🤣🤣🤣 which is very true but I wouldn’t have it no other way! I go above and beyond for my clients. Help me celebrate her in the comments✨🥂
