Here's the thing...

I've been a content creator for almost 10 years.

And... to stay authentic, sometimes, come to find...

There needs to be periods of rest and reflection.

Those periods come unannounced and unplanned for

And in the past, I would ignore the hunch to do that and I found what when I would force things, my creations lacked soul.

However, our hibernation is ending! and we are super pumped to return in full force.

🔥October (Energy Reading)

We made it!

The September energy was a tad heavy, no?

October is also still a very transformative month,

but in a different way.

September was beneficial for helping us become aware

of aspects of our shadow... that need some attention.

But finding solutions or healing wasn't easy!

You may have felt stuck or even taken over by your lower self.

This is a very humbling and challenging experience that requires a great deal of patience to manage.

Yet, there is value.

That experience has a way of motivating us to change

and evolve

and finally move on from those old patterns!

October is a month where you will find more space and support to do just that...

Clarity, healing, and guidance will return

as it always does :)

While you still may feel the residual from September...

Change is in the air

Transformation is on the horizon

and the results of you going through all of that

are in the mail :)

I'm in London for another day and will be heading back home tomorrow

🔥 New Moon / Eclipse Message For Tonight!

Finally,

As of tonight...

​​​​We are entering the "end stage" of this POWERFUL eclipse transit.

Now...

Though you may STILL not have any idea where your life is heading...​​

I bet you're starting to have clarity...

about the things in your life

​​that matters most

to your soul.

This energy reminds me of one of the BIGGEST "upgrades"

​​I've ever experienced.

It was when I reduced my life situation from a normal upper/middle class scenario... (nice house, 2 new cars, private school for my daughter, etc)

to living in a small travel trailer​ with virtually no belongings.

no financial stability.

and absolutely no certainty about my future.

​That was a GREAT time for me :)

and it's because I had a great abundance of...

​​what mattered most...

and very little... of what did not.​​

Each night we would gather around the plastic RV table

My wife and children and even my dog :)​​

We would eat dinner and play games.

That teeny living space (my former home)

​​smaller than the office I sit in as I write to you now

was FULL of laughter,

competition! (we are kind of crazy when we play games lol)

and most important... LOVE​​​​​

During those meals, all of my life uncertainties would fade away

and into the pure, divine, realness of the moment, I would sink.

These eclipses can shake us to the very core...

But I believe it's so we can also be reminded

of what matters most

We are living through a time of what I can best describe as an...

​​"accelerated soul re-alignment."

Where things will crumble that are superficial, not important, not real

And this disruption is crazy sometimes!

The experience... can be filled with a great inner turmoil

But in the end, what is left is...

What's real

what matters

our untouchable "essence​"​​​

which, by the way, IS abundant, clear, powerful, worthy!

And without all the distractions, we can finally start to realize that.

How nice it is to reconnect with our essence!

and yeah, the world is going to hell in a handbasket lol

Maybe your personal world as well!

and that is a task, no doubt!

but secondary

A game on the surface to play with and do the best we can with

Sometimes we'll win, and often we will lose

but as long as we remember what really matters...

we are always good :)​

September (Eclipse) Energy Update Message...


Hey my friend,

I wanted to share a quick message with you today...

I have noticed that many are going through quite a shift right now!

For a lot of people, including myself, this "shift" came about unexpectedly.

I feel blessed that I have been through this before and know that even though things can look a certain way, for a time...

We always end up MUCH better off... (in all ways)... in the end :)

A big theme right now has to do with...

and I hesitate to put it this way because it sounds so abstract...

"Soul Alignment"

It reminds me of when I was experiencing a lot of disruptions in my life, career, and living situation years ago.

During this time, I DID have a dream!

It was to live in San Diego and be a full-time life coach.

That dream, however, seemed awfully far-fetched!

Nonetheless, my life started to basically fall apart.

and there was an inner voice that kept saying...

It's time.

In fact, I was listening to a lot of the Red Hot Chili Peppers at the time

and there was this one song that had a lyric that every time I listened

It felt like my soul was speaking directly to me.

It said...

"I'll be there, just tell me when you wanna go"

"more will be revealed my friend"

I KNEW it was my soul basically saying...

You don't belong here anymore

You belong where you want to be

I (your soul) am already here! in San Diego having a blast!

and even though you don't have an exact plan

I will be there to guide you...


I would expeience great fear each time I heard that song!

It felt so mystical and trippy, it kind of freaked me out!

But it turned out to be exactly what was going on.

My life was falling apart because it was time for me to move on.

and even though it was scary

I WAS guided the entire time

and even though my circumstances became pretty precarious! lol

I was okay... the transition wasn't nearly as bad as I had imagined.

and it was actually kind of fun

adventurous!

I finally reached San Diego and started my new life.

In the end, I was super grateful for that accelerated journey towards my dreams

and

I learned SOO much about myself and life along the way

Even though it only took a few months

I arrived a different person

More secure

More confident

More self-aware

More empowered!

You can let go and trust

and you will be guided just as I was.

🔥JUNE - Energy Update - (The Month of Re-Connection)

Have you ever noticed how sometimes...

You are guided quite vividly by your intuition and synchronicity...

while other times,

That "presence" of divine influence seems completely missing from your life?

The month of June is a great time to RE-connect with the deeper part of yourself.

and then experience the guidance, synchronicity, and flow that comes with it :)

Though... it may take a bit of effort on our part.​​​

I have been reading an interesting book about Kriya Yoga lately,

​​and in the book, the author wrote...

Some masters claim it's NOT possible to achieve "meditation" in this life

they are implying... a connection with the true self.​

and their reason is... the world is so dysfunctional.

Can't argue with their reasoning!

But...

The author​​

and me for what that's worth

are a bit more optimistic :)​​​

It is very difficult, at least for me, to avoid getting swept away by the "noise" of daily life...

However, I have found that by setting some personal boundaries...

ie. with my phone, toxic people, television, junk food, etc

and with the help of a dedicated practice,

healthy living, '

and as of lately... good old Mother Nature :)

That connection can be found, cultivated, and even deepened.

and life's distractions, as stimulating and disorienting as they can be...

because they only lead to unhappiness and suffering...

Can be used as a great motivator!

If I wake up and check my emails... as my anxious inner child often compels me to do...

and fill my body with too much coffee and pancakes!

all 3 things I might "crave"

I will have a horrible day!

Alternatively...

If I start the day with a big cup of water and make myself get outside and move my body under the morning sunlight...

and hop into a freezing cold tub of water (my cold plunge)

NONE of which are things I necessarily want to participate in!

but if I can force it...

knowing it's the wise thing to do...

My day will start with a bang!

of energy

enthusiasm

creative passion

focus

and joy!

I do this most days lol

not all.

I am not perfect, but I am trying.

I refuse to accept that happiness is impossible in this life

and believe in my soul that with a positive attitude...

We humans can USE the present challenges life is giving us to evolve into higher states of consciousness

and achieve higher octaves of bliss, happiness, and love.

and maybe that's naive thinking...

Even if I am mistaken

My life is getting better by simply making my best effort

Hope is a powerful force

and luckily...

a simple choice any of us can make on any given day

In any given moment. ​​

Full Moon Message For Tomorrow Night...

The main message I'm feeling is that it's a good time to...

Slow down...

Trust...

and if you can do that...

you just might find what you're seeking.

Currently, my 11-year-old and I are going through my favorite TV show ever... Lost.

There's a scene where this nice woman named Sun is stressed out because she misplaced her wedding ring.

She looks everywhere!

She even follows a dog around thinking he may have eaten it!

After an entire day frantically looking she has a meltdown.

A friend of hers, John Locke hears the commotion and comes to assist.

He says...

"Sun... the way you find something that's lost...

is to stop looking."

and I think that's a great message right now...

Take your time...

Understand... there's potent insight

and guidance

and MAGIC...

in the space.

You might argue...

Vic, the space is uncomfortable!

The space can make one feel vulnerable... (me included)

Luckily, this Full Moon has blessed me with a horrible cold! lol

I haven't had a cold in years!

Now I am being forced to take it easy.

and what I'm finding is...

Everything is just fine.

Better than fine!

I am getting great business ideas.

An entire retreat with about 35 guests I helped design over the years is running beautifully, even without my physical presence.

My loved ones are being cared for...

All is well :)

Come to find I don't NEED... to micro-manage and control every detail as my anxious mind sometimes leads me to believe!

I have also found a great deal of peace in this space I must say...

My friend...

if you can somehow make yourself slow down, even a little bit...

Hopefully without any divine intervention like I required! lol

I believe you too will see...

Just how supported you always are.
