This is a channel dedicated to posting classical sheet music videos. Many of the works featured here are obscure yet incredibly beautiful in their own right. I hope you enjoy what you find here :)

AI thumbnails are cringe, but if you're going to use them, at least do something to offset the carbon emissions you incurred from generating them.

I've had the wonderful opportunity of listening to Greg Zelek live in concert. He is a virtuoso organist who is creating an incredible career for himself in the midwest U.S. at the moment. He's a riveting musician whose unabashed love for the organ really shows in the multitude of ways he demonstrates its range - on one end garnering a powerful and supersonic beast and on the other, a solemn, cooling breeze.

In looking for more performances of him (not many are out there, sadly), I was able to find his debut album! If you have ever been curious about organ music or are a fan of its many timbres, PLEASE give this a listen.

I came across this video essay, and the way Manuel explains things here is so incredibly easy to understand despite these nuances being difficult to communicate at times. Consider giving it a watch, especially if you like thinking about the context of where you're playing a piece :)

Now that I've made a substantial amount of progress, I can finally let you all know that I have finally continued progress on the Original Compositions video that was supposed to be posted in December 2024. I want to sincerely for not working on this or publishing it sooner; I am currently in a PhD program that has demanded much more of my time than I thought it would.

I am now 1/3 of the way through people's submissions after having revisited this project in the last week. I do not want to promise any sort of publication date for the video, but rest assured that this project is being worked on.

If you shared your email with me, PLEASE CHECK IT. There are some submissions with YouTube links that are now defunct or with terminated channels, so email is the only route for me to contact some of you.

Thank you all for your patience and understanding.

Finally found Robert Henry's performances of some of the Chopin-Godowsky studies, thanks to the Wayback Machine/Internet Archive. I consider these to be some of the best performances of these studies - which is saying something, coming from me lmao. Give them a listen!!

What are some pieces that, if you changed their key, you would fundamentally change the identity of the piece?

An example that comes to mind is the Wedding March from a Midsummer Night’s Dream.
