The “short note” or “quick 30-second video” culture doesn’t truly serve the soul.

True insight is meant to be taken in, discerned, lived.

But the short attention spans we see today aren’t because people “can’t focus” they’re the result of deep mineral and metabolic imbalances that cause fractures the body’s natural rhythm of attention AND platforms that create it.

As a soul who functions as an Oracle and Vibrational Medicine Guide, I attune to living memory and speak from the harmonic fields of Source and Earth. The insight I offer doesn’t belong to me because it moves through me, and it cannot be compressed into a 30-second soundbite.

I’ve tried, it sucked. So I am not going to try anymore LOL

Because how could I possibly distill something so deeply threaded so interwoven with visions, dreams, and layers of remembrance into a quick “takeaway”?

My work is to help humans and animals re-attune their bodies to coherence, so that their living cells become vessels of self-repair, guided by the Christic Lineage and Earth’s Living Intelligence. And that kind of medicine lives outside of snippets.

I personally love soaking in wisdom the way the beings of the olde once did… When I find something meaningful, I give it my full presence, and I respond with care and intention. I know many of you already do that, too… but I sure do hope more and more can remember how to do it again…

Or, more so, I really desire to see platforms that are about true connection and that STOP trying to create short attention spans.

I look forward to platforms that REALLY get that and build in RESONANCE vs dissonant vacuums so there is GRANDER connection than ever before…

Meet Waffles. My Soul Guardian Animal, mostly of the chihuahua lineage, who are ancient Soul guardians. He passed into light on November 29th during that sacred threshold which was Nov 11-29 and a powerful frequency gate. 

13.5 years we held deep communication as
Soul Guardian Animals show us what we forgot. 

Before we adopted him and his brother they held much trauma in their bodies 😔 and I work with both humans and their animals through vibrational wellness now because of what he helped to teach me….

Fellow sensitives: Our body loves to match Earth and the Eternal Living Source’s rhythm! We have moved through Winter Solstice stillpoint (3 days after Dec 21), the planet paused and we’re in the Harmonic Realignment timeframe that began the 25th for 12 days… each day represents a sacred alignment with GodSource + Earth. 

Our cells want to pause with this all. But alas, so-called “modern” life often won't let that fully take hold…we are moving between two rhythms, two worlds & it is not easy…

One big thing…during recalibration, our breath shifts, but what I have been shown and after MANY years of my studies, is that Eternal Living Light can't reach cells FULLY that do not have bioavailable copper (meaning ready to use in the body), regulated iron, and structured-coherent water in every cell.

With so much content out there these days, coming back to this is so vital I feel: the truth is felt when one feels “The Who” behind the writer of the words.

Anyone can write quotes or phrases or articles or put interesting words into bios, but that does not necessarily mean that there is EXPERIENCE and IN-BODY-MENT (aka embodiment) behind them. That those words are LIVED and BREATHED.

There is a deep, felt difference of those who IN-BODY vs cut and paste… how is The Who behind the words living EVERY day? What is The Who behind the words doing every day? How does The Who treat the Earth, its animals, humanity, etc. every day?

Thereinlies the TRUTH. And it matters now more than ever before I feel.

The "12 Days of Christmas"... a Cloaking of Ancient Truths

The "12 Days of Christmas" were not born of Christian doctrine or of any religion, they were superimposed over something far older and far more resonant with the Way of this Realm.

It is a planetary alignment ritual, practiced in differing forms across the ancient wheel of the world.

These 12 nights and days are conscious thresholds, once honored by:

~ The Druids of Albion, who listened to the bones of trees and stones, who remembered through the Water and the True Witches of Harmony, the Priestesses... those of many names

~ The Monks of the East, who traced these days through breath, silence, and stillness

~ The Shamans of the Americas, who watched the breath of animals and stars across solstice gates

~ The Earthkeepers of Kemet (aka Egypt later on) and Aksum (an ancient kingdom in modern-day Ethiopia and Eritrea), who aligned temple light with solar breath rhythms

~ The Steppe and Desert peoples, who dream-walked these 12 through starlit terrain and internal fires

Every culture once knew this cycle... 3 days of stillness is the "death" and "rebirth" of the Sun, with a 12-day recalibration, this is where the soul realigns with Earth’s breath and Eternal Living Source’s rhythm!

Everywhere, the same core idea can breathe again through us all once again. For it in these days, the Earth listens more closely. In these 12 nights, the body can remember what time/"society" forgot.

When I remembered this manyyears ago now, it changed everything:

Religious dogma took the 3-day Solstice stillpoint and turned it into 'death and resurrection'

Our body is doing the same thing right now:
* Zero point
* Womb spiral
* Magnetic field drawing completely inward

And what comes for the entire world:
Dec 25 opens the 12-night harmonic window for alignment for the new arc coming…

Dec 22-24: the 3 days Earth's field goes completely still

Feelings that it brings
* A bit more drained without explanation
* Wanting only stillness and quiet but the world “out there” isn’t matching that inner vibe
* Sort of feeling like you're underwater

We are matching the planet's deepest inward breath, too.

This isn't the 'death and resurrection' story religion sells but is the stillness before the 12-night harmonic alignment spiral begins on ~ 25th 🌀
