With so much content out there these days, coming back to this is so vital I feel: the truth is felt when one feels “The Who” behind the writer of the words.

Anyone can write quotes or phrases or articles or put interesting words into bios, but that does not necessarily mean that there is EXPERIENCE and IN-BODY-MENT (aka embodiment) behind them. That those words are LIVED and BREATHED.

There is a deep, felt difference of those who IN-BODY vs cut and paste… how is The Who behind the words living EVERY day? What is The Who behind the words doing every day? How does The Who treat the Earth, its animals, humanity, etc. every day?

Thereinlies the TRUTH. And it matters now more than ever before I feel.

The "12 Days of Christmas"... a Cloaking of Ancient Truths

The "12 Days of Christmas" were not born of Christian doctrine or of any religion, they were superimposed over something far older and far more resonant with the Way of this Realm.

It is a planetary alignment ritual, practiced in differing forms across the ancient wheel of the world.

These 12 nights and days are conscious thresholds, once honored by:

~ The Druids of Albion, who listened to the bones of trees and stones, who remembered through the Water and the True Witches of Harmony, the Priestesses... those of many names

~ The Monks of the East, who traced these days through breath, silence, and stillness

~ The Shamans of the Americas, who watched the breath of animals and stars across solstice gates

~ The Earthkeepers of Kemet (aka Egypt later on) and Aksum (an ancient kingdom in modern-day Ethiopia and Eritrea), who aligned temple light with solar breath rhythms

~ The Steppe and Desert peoples, who dream-walked these 12 through starlit terrain and internal fires

Every culture once knew this cycle... 3 days of stillness is the "death" and "rebirth" of the Sun, with a 12-day recalibration, this is where the soul realigns with Earth’s breath and Eternal Living Source’s rhythm!

Everywhere, the same core idea can breathe again through us all once again. For it in these days, the Earth listens more closely. In these 12 nights, the body can remember what time/"society" forgot.

Religious dogma took the 3-day Solstice stillpoint and turned it into 'death and resurrection'

Our body is doing the same thing right now:
* Zero point
* Womb spiral
* Magnetic field drawing completely inward

Dec 25 opens the 12-night harmonic window for alignment for the new arc coming…

Dec 22-24: the 3 days Earth's field goes completely still

Feelings that it brings
* A bit more drained without explanation
* Wanting only stillness and quiet but the world “out there” isn’t matching that inner vibe
* Sort of feeling like you're underwater

We are matching the planet's deepest inward breath, too.

Two Frequencies, One Choice: What I'm Witnessing Right Now

I'm watching two realities unfold:
💔 One: disconnection from mineral-rich earth, from the resonance our bodies were designed to hold. Synthetic over living. Noise over symphony.
🌀 The other: remembering. Hands in soil. Bodies that recognize what they were created for.

When I explored what happens when we restore bioavailable minerals, structured water, and sacred plant wisdom (including flower essences)... everything shifted.

Not just physically, but across every dimension:
