When you are on the path of refining, harmonicallly aligning, ready to step into a huge cycle of healing... Each time you think you’ve “figured it out,” the field shows you a deeper layer and that is to expand you.

Not knowing is a doorway to: humility, curiosity, and true presence. If you ever feel like you're in that spot, you are not back where you started and "going backwards". As I was so humbly reminded... and KEEP getting reminded.

You are standing at the edge of a new spiral, and this time, you’re walking into it with different awareness, even different breath, and that changes everything to come... the word "journey" means the act of traveling from one place to another, and so it truly is moving to another place but sometimes without moving at all.

In our multidimensional construct, masculine and feminine are not biological aspects at all but are modes of creative expression: projection (outward force) and reception (inward collapse, not as in “negative collapse” but collapse meaning GOING INWARD).

So, the body tells us through communicating when one’s cells are clear of static and noise and toxins…they speak, and they speak in soft tones. When pain gets louder or things we call “symptoms” arise, it’s the body SCREAMING vs softly communicating.

They then say:
I tried whispering.
I tried nudging.
Now I must use a louder frequency because you’ve stopped tuning in.

Which side of the body is communicating? The left side relates to the feminine, receptive, or inner self.  The right side relates to the masculine, active, or outer expression. 

And, for example, pain on one side can point to an imbalance in that energy. 

The question then can become, what is it telling you? 

Each part of the body has a resonant frequency and a symbolic function that can be listened to and heard to soften and align. It’s really a lot like magick… the harmonic kind that’s gorgeous and magnificent.

Water is not passive… the Way of Water is that it carries information and deeply embedded memory in land in the soil (Earth’s “cellular matrix”), and of course also in our cellular ecosystem.

Our bodies are mostly water. So when water holds a coherent pattern and then melds with a flower's frequency, our systems recognize it. Not through belief that it works but it is about resonance.

Think of it like a tuning fork struck nearby. The vibration moves through without force. Our nervous systems feel the tone and remember what harmony actually feels like in the body.

Flower essences don't do something TO us. They offer a frequency, whispering wisdom and we take that in.

That subtle shift when things suddenly feel clearer? That's coherence returning to the emotional field 💧

Most plant medicine works through chemistry. Flower essences work through frequency.

That's why they feel gentle. That's why they create shifts without forcing anything in our systems.

When the emotional body feels heavy, tangled, overstimulated, or completely numb, that's the layer flower essences actually meet. Not to fix us. To remind us that feeling is safe. That our bodies know how to reorganize when given coherent frequency to attune to.

The emotional field holds everything we've learned to push down. Joy we didn't let ourselves fully feel. Grief still sitting in our nervous systems. Fear that never got to complete its cycle. Flower essences invite that stuck energy to gently rise and clear 🌿

Alongside Fire Horse, something quieter and much older, PRIMAL, is moving beneath the surface.

Primal waters don't rush in and catch us but move through our BODIES first. Through sensation we can't explain, emotions that rise without obvious triggers sometimes…

Through dreams that feel more real than waking life. Through fatigue that isn't fixed by more sleep because what's asking to rest is deeper than physical exhaustion and the cells within asking …

These are ancient remembering waters that our cells recognize even when the mind may not have context yet or words to explain.

Our bodies are registering a shift in Earth's frequency before the collective consciousness catches up. The waters carry memory. Codes. Information encoded in our DNA since before language existed … PRIMAL! 🌊

Fire Horse energy doesn't tiptoe in. It amplifies what's already moving through us so we can finally meet it honestly through our BODIES, not just our thoughts.

When we're moving in alignment with our actual frequency, this momentum feels clean. Generative. When we're carrying something that was never ours to hold, the friction becomes impossible to ignore.

Our nervous systems register this shift before our minds have language for it. Some of us feel clarity and forward motion. Others feel the pressure asking us to slow down and release what no longer serves our true function.

This cycle isn't demanding perfection. It's demanding HONESTY with ourselves about what we're actually here to carry 🔥
