NBA: The Run Playtest was fire 🔥. I was able to win a chip before it got sweaty 🤣. I'm in the discord server for the game and a mod said they counted only about 12 teams that won a chip in this playtest. The controls were simple and responsive and they had a shootaround mode so you could get used to them. The shoving and steals are a little too OP but then again so is the shooting.
Stats really matter in this game. You have to play to your team's strengths or you will get cooked. The only negative was that it kept crashing but that's expected in a playtest. They worked out the kinks with the 3v3 squad mode but the 3v3 solo mode was a mess. I got to the finals one time and the the game crashed. Angry was not the word for what I felt. The modes are tournament style and for every round, a random set of rules and win conditions are imposed. That makes the games feel more exciting and it kind of levels the playing field to an extent.
Overall the playtest dope experience I made some new homies that I will be running with when the full game drops. I heard its only going to be $30 which a great price for a game like this especially during these difficult economic times.

The playtest is supposed to start tomorrow. Cant wait to try it out. This game was made by Play by Play Studios. The devs on this teamwork on franchises like Battlefield, God of War, Madden, and NBA Street.

The new GPU for my content rig is here! Im upgrading from a RTX 2070 Super 8GB. Yea I know the 4070 12 GB would have been a better performance upgrade but that would have required me to buy a new PSU and with the price of the 4070 plus the PSU it would have taken me over my budget. I got it for under $500 even after taxes so its a good deal and good upgrade given my situation and my budget.

So after building a new PC, I decided to get a couple parts to upgrade my old setup that I've been using since 2019. If you seen the old pc in videos, you would know how bootleg the setup is lmao. Its a powerful pc and I want to get the most out of it without changing all the parts so im upgrading my GPU from a 2070 Super 8GB to a 4060 TI 16GB. And im changing out the Noctua DH-15 for the Noctua NH-U9S. I'll be making the video as soon as i get the GPU In.
