As you all know that I was on a 75 Day Journey known as 75 Day Hard!!

This challenge was not just about transforming myself physically but mentally too.
During these 75 days I pushed tested my limits and pushed them and discovered new me.

These 75 days I have maintained a 9-10 hours job along with my two workouts and proper diet.
It was a journey of self exploration and taught me how discipline always wins!!

Motivation comes and goes but discipline makes you stay consistent and always works!

Remember that consistency can make you achieve anything you desire.

No matter where I am. I train every single day.
You don’t have to do 2 hours workout, 30-45 workouts everyday are good enough to have a decent enough physique, given that you are training consistently.

You all know that wealth doesn’t come in a day then why do you expect your health to be a quick fix.

Stick to basics and keep grinding
