🙏 The Story of Hanuman Ji and the Sun God (Surya Dev) ☀️
When Hanuman Ji was just a baby, something amazing happened that showed His divine power!
🌟 The Hungry Baby:
One morning, baby Hanuman woke up feeling very hungry. He looked up at the sky and saw the rising Sun – bright, round, and glowing like a ripe mango! 🥭
Thinking it was a delicious fruit, the mighty baby leaped into the sky with incredible speed to catch and eat it!
🌌 The Cosmic Chase:
As Hanuman flew toward the Sun, Surya Dev (the Sun God) was amazed by this fearless child. At the same time, Rahu (who causes eclipses) was also approaching the Sun.
Seeing baby Hanuman, Rahu got scared and ran to Indra Dev (King of Gods) complaining that someone else was trying to swallow the Sun!
⚡ Indra's Weapon:
Indra Dev threw his powerful Vajra (thunderbolt) at baby Hanuman to stop Him. The weapon struck Hanuman on His jaw (Hanu in Sanskrit), and He fell back to Earth unconscious.
🌬️ A Father's Anger:
Vayu Dev (Wind God), Hanuman's father, became furious! He withdrew all the air from the universe. Without wind, no one could breathe – humans, animals, and even gods started suffocating!
🌺 The Divine Blessings:
All the gods rushed to apologize and revive baby Hanuman. When He woke up, each god blessed Him with special powers:
Brahma Ji: Cannot be killed by any weapon
Indra Dev: Body stronger than Vajra itself
Surya Dev: A fraction of His radiance and wisdom
Vayu Dev: Speed faster than him
Yama Dev: Immortality and perfect health
Varuna Dev: Protection from water
Agni Dev: Immunity to fire
🕉️ The Name "Hanuman":
This is how He got the name “Hanuman” – from “Hanu” (jaw) which was struck by Indra's weapon!
✨ The Lesson:
This story shows Hanuman Ji’s fearlessness, divine strength, and how even as a child, He was blessed by all the gods. His innocence and power made Him invincible and the greatest devotee of Lord Rama!
