My best friend came to visit and we ended up at the beach — coffee, clouds, the sea, and our little four-legged third opinion — just talking. The kind of conversation where one of us says something and we both go quiet for a second.


That's where the next video started. Not in a notebook. Not from research. From a moment exactly like this one.


I study psychology. But the real stuff? It comes from what we've actually lived. And what we're still figuring out.
