There is always something greater than just ourselves. I was given the opportunity to be a speaker at the The The London Book Fair earlier this month, and talking about my 7 years experience in running Authentic Worth Publishing, alongside the amazing panellists Amber Ivatt and Lou Gilmond, facilitating with James Spackman.

Remembering our purpose enables us all to contribute to the growth of others. As a team, we discussed the importance of how to prepare aspiring authors and writers for publication, developing genuine relationships that can aid in the process of writing, understanding that your voice and story matters, and ultimately, how we can create further value in the writers community by identifying our target audience.

Starting the new year with the The British Library and the Business & IP Centre on their Out of Home campaign. I remember being intentional about having a platform to showcase Authentic Worth at the right time; to the right people. Not only will we be 7 years in running, we’ve learnt so much throughout that growth becomes a bigger attraction to inspire other business owners to use their gifts to impact their community.

Grateful to see my photo being advertised to ignite other creatives to utilise their gifts and be imaginative. The word for 2025 for all aspiring business owners is “BE INTENTIONAL!” The investments in your business, clients, partners, sponsors shall all pay off. Authentic Worth

2024…what a year it has been!

Started the year with the expectation of expanding Authentic Worth and finding new talent to enhance the vision. I received an email from a student at university who was keen on joining our proofreading and editing team for clients’ manuscripts, and for our clients receiving different perspectives on their book projects and the feedback given.
✨

So far, we have helped our authors showcase their own book launches which have ranged from personal achievements, building relationships, being an expert in their chosen fields, being interviewed by other professionals as well as hosting their own workshops and seminars.

We continually endeavour to build the momentum of meeting new authors and assisting them in 2025 to publish their first books throughout our 6+ years in publishing various genres as a business.
✨
To add onto this, many personal and professional achievements have been made, especially being a new parent whilst navigating business and other fields.
✨
There is a lot to look forward to in the New Year! Let this be a new start as we approach a new beginning‼️
