I completed my first full playthrough of The Sinking City 2 last night. The game was phenomenal. It's the perfect blend of survival horror gameplay and a cosmic horror narrative. It's full of Lovecraftian lore and very accurate in that aspect.

I'd say The Sinking City 2 is fighting with Resident Evil 9 Requiem for my favorite game of the year. Links below to the playlist and all 3 episodes.

Hey Chat,

I come to you with hat in hand again.

I woke up this morning and had no voice! Been resting it all day and drinking Gollum Juice (you read that right). I was hoping it'd get better in time for stream. It still isn't that audible and what is audible sounds like grandma who smoked 3 packs a day for 40 years.

So no stream tonight 😢. I'll continue to rest the voice and hope to be back ASAP. We've got The Sinking City 2 dropping Monday.

I was going to release my full playthrough with all endings of Chilla's Art new indie horror game Snowed Under today. But, Adobe Media Encoder decided to fail rendering the video halfway through.

Now it will be too late to release it because it will take at least another 3-4 hours to re-render and upload to YouTube.

Instead, I will release the video tomorrow (8/15/2026) at 12 PM Eastern Time.

Hey Chat,

I'm working on a massive 2.5 hour plus full game playthrough video with all endings and secrets for an awesome indie game that just released.

Unfortunately, 100%-ing the game today and with editing looks like I won't finish the video today (Friday 07/31/2026).

So no video today but, I will drop it when finished as soon as possible this weekend or Monday.

Howdy Chat,

I just saw some messages about today's (07/21/2026) Phasmophobia live stream which I ended at 7:00 P.M. Eastern Time.

Some were still seeing my YouTube channel and stream as being live when it wasn't. My computers have been shut down and completely off since 7 PM EST.

This is a known rare YouTube glitch that can happen sometimes where the stream is ended but a creator's profile shows them as live and/or the stream is available to watch with blank screen.

It supposedly has something to do with "caching and encoding on the backend" for YouTube. We had this issue happen once in the past about a year ago. This is the "answer" I was given by YouTube chat support.

Unfortunately, there is nothing on my end I can do fix the glitch. It will eventually just stop after some time. It appears to have finally stopped after a few hours.

Hey Chat,

If you experienced the looping video playback during my live stream today, I am happy to report that since YouTube has finished processing the live stream video on demand (VoD) that issue is NOT PRESENT in the VoD. I've watched portions of the stream VoD and verified this myself on 3 different devices.

I've done some research online and found other creators and viewers reporting this particular issue as a glitch that happens sometimes with YouTube live streams in 4K. We probably just got unlucky today to encounter it.

I've opened a ticket up with Creator Chat support and reached out to YouTube support on Twitter to share what happened. Their support sucks usually but at least I've done my part in trying to spotlight the glitch/issue for them.
