It's been 10 years exploring everything mental health. At the beginning 10 years felt like a big deal. Looking back, it feels fleeting.

I was trying to figure out how to tell the "full story" and decided to go with the raw and authentic style that matches the rest of the project.

One take, no editing, just like the original interviews with all our guests.

My question for you all is: if this was the ONLY conclusion to the project would you be disappointed?

I am considering editing this exact recording into a short documentary, so that there is at least something complete at the end of the decade.

I would still leave the one-take up on my second channel to demonstrate that we stayed real and raw from the beginning to the end.

This was never about making a flashy movie that "hooks" viewers.

This story was real.

I have been away, working on other things.

A film I produced helped raise significant funds for a community project, making it possible for indigenous and non-indigenous kids to access cultural camping and healing experiences.

I also spent about 18 months writing. In the spirit of everything I do, this is just practice and play. I wrote almost 60,000 words, as a little warm-up to develop my writing skills.

You may have actually already read some, as I "published" it in many tiny pieces in comments on popular Facebook posts to see what resonated and what went unnoticed.

I've selected the best 20% and turned it into daily content for the next two years.

We also HAD A BABY, which eclipses everything else I've ever done with my life, and I absolutely love being a dad.

If you're missing me, go check out the new content I wrote or the video diaries I've been recording the whole time.

I intend to return to my intent with this channel and bring you thoughtful content that assists you to expand your horizons and explore new possibilities.
