When we lack a certain thing, we look for all the symbols of it.

Love
Wealth
Fame
Possessions…

This is why what we have is at the lowest level.

No matter how many things we have, if we haven’t earned it, it never satisfies us for long.

We seek more, when we begin work at the next level, the things we do.

We don’t always have to be good to do the right thing. We just have to do what is required.

This is why some people we meet are snakes and others are ladders.

The only way to have and do things that last though, is through developing your self image.

That is impossible without authenticity.

Karma keeps the receipts, and she cashes her returns when you least expect it.

At this level, we realise what matters more is our state of being, of who we are.

We realise then, that true wealth is measured in;

Kindness
Humility
Innocence
Inspiration
Altruism
Courage
Confidence
Service
Wisdom
Empathy
Patience
Loyalty
Peace
Stability
Authority
Sovereignty
Eloquence
Creativity
Generosity
Honesty
Passion
Strength
Gratitude

and so on...

When we develop these qualities, our heart becomes light and the demons of our past mistakes begin to unwind and float away.

They leave us with wisdoms that we can then share with those who need them.

People see our wisdoms and are vitalised by our high energy and optimism.

Opportunies then seem to find you.

With that said, true wealth comes from understanding who we really are.

That understanding can only come from a place of self love.

What skills does a man need to be successful?

Patience is a skill.
Perseverance is a skill.
Pain Tolerance is a skill.

These are things we can develop in our daily pursuit of excellence.

Life tests us in ways that showcase what we deserve.

Too many succumb to vice and comfort, then wonder why the life or physique they want eludes them.

Self care requires the above skills in order for its benefits to be maintained.

Exercise, Food and Sleep are things we take for granted, but they literally govern our self image and quality of life.

The byproduct of a strong self image is increased productivity and personal magnetism.

If you consistently develop your self image, you’ll never have a problem with money, women or anyone.

I work 12 hours a day. Been dry fasting the whole month.

Still find time to train, eat and sleep.

If you’re a man, you have no excuse but to look after yourself.

No one gives a fuck.

Protocol
- Train 5x a Week
- Track Calories
- Stay within 10% of TDEE

It’s literally that simple.

99% of people ask about fancy enzymes and minerals and what supp does this and what food does that, but never do they ask about how to be consistent with the basics.

Save the advanced stuff for the advanced lifters.

If you’re not able to stay on plan over the weekend you’re not advanced.

Know your level so you can grow your level.

I’m only doing a little cut to show you all how to walk the walk.

Us coaches work long hours too, much longer hours than you realise.

We get tired too.

But we turn up for ourselves because we know you need the motivation.

With that said, true wealth comes from happiness and happiness comes from who we are.

In developing good qualities as we would our asset portfolio, our dreams become a priority in the eyes of God and He will send people, places and resources into your life to help mould your dreams into reality.

Actionable Step:

- The next time you set a goal, imagine yourself as the kind of person who receives it.
- Let go of the things, habits and qualities that hold him back.
- Once all is let go, that which you want will be yours.

Why does this happen? Howcome it works?

It works because our state of being (metaphysical) affects our actions (physical) and our actions shape our outcomes.

The higher always governs the lower, just as the brain governs time and the body governs space.

Just as God rules ALL things, and governs them with Perfect Principles of Precision and Power.

If God is Perfected Quality then who are we to waste this life we are given on anything other than perfecting ourselves?

This is for those who want to level up in 2026 šŸ”„

1. Prepare and Organise NOW.

2. Be willing to work more than you want to.

3. Understand some people won’t be happy when you start winning. Accept the pain of it and get back to step 2.

4. You will doubt yourself secretly at times whilst strangers pat you on the back.

6. You may not see any fruits for months (or even years) depending on what it is you choose to do.

7. When your opportunities come, take them instantly. Success loves speed. Observe the 5 second rule and ACT in the moment.

8. Don’t feel guilty when you begin to get recognised for your work. The ones talking shit likely laughed at you when you were just beginning.

9. Fear + Action = Power. The unknown is where all things are created. This includes the lifestyle/physique you want.

10. It’s always stress before you’re blessed. Just before your vision becomes a reality, something will happen to remind you of who you were. You have to face whatever comes up or you will return to your former ways.
THIS WILL REPEAT until you learn the lesson.

11. Let go of everything and everyone who feels like they are pulling energy from you rather than multiplying it. Have no shame and be ruthless. Your life depends on it.

12. Remember action requires INACTION in order to bear fruit. Clarity is required for your actions to be correct. Slow down when you need to and refine your vision.
