Update:
There is now an open investigation involving TD McNutt. This is not an arrest.
JR has been removed from TD McNutt’s care.
This situation is separate from the December 3rd arrest, which was dropped because there was no cooperation.
As of yesterday, authorities opened a new investigation based on videos and confessions from others that appeared online.
Because of this, JR has been taken out of TD McNutt’s home.
