2027 Lexus TX Officially Announced!
Lexus has revealed the updated 2027 TX, with pricing starting at $58,890, including delivery and handling.
Here’s what’s new for 2027:
- TX 350: 275 horsepower
- TX 500h Hybrid: 366 horsepower
- TX 550h+ Plug-In Hybrid discontinued
- New wheel finishes and available red F SPORT brake calipers
- Updated braking features on the TX 350
The Lexus TX continues to offer three-row seating, premium technology, and plenty of space for families.

2027 Toyota Corolla Cross Revealed — Hybrid Lineup Cut, New Pricing
Toyota just announced the 2027 Corolla Cross. The biggest news: the hybrid lineup shrinks from three grades to two, dropping the S grade. Gas models start at $25,535, hybrids at $31,415, and they're expected at dealerships this fall.

Toyota just released its September 2026 U.S. sales numbers!
Toyota Motor North America sold 201,306 vehicles in September, up 8.4% from last year.
The bigger story is electrification:
⚡ 117,215 electrified vehicles sold — up 37.8%
⚡ Electrified models made up 58.2% of total Toyota + Lexus sales
⚡ Toyota Division reached roughly a 61% electrified sales mix
⚡ Toyota and Lexus now offer 32 electrified vehicle options
Toyota Division sold 171,469 vehicles, while Lexus sold 29,837, with both brands posting gains over September 2025.
Toyota’s hybrid-heavy strategy continues to show up in the sales numbers. What do you think?

🔋 Toyota just opened a new Battery Center in Michigan!
The new 30,000-square-foot Toyota Battery Center of North America will focus on developing and testing battery technology for Toyota’s hybrids, plug-in hybrids, hydrogen vehicles, and fully electric vehicles.
Toyota says the facility will also help engineers improve battery longevity and address battery concerns faster here in North America.
Definitely interesting to see Toyota continuing to invest heavily in battery development.

Phase One of the move is officially complete! 🏠
We cleared out our apartment, moved everything into storage, and we’re now temporarily staying with family until we close on our first home in November.
It’s been a hectic few days on top of the move because our whole family has been sick, so I’ve had to take a couple days off work and haven’t posted much lately.
Definitely not the easiest start to this transition, but it feels good knowing we’re one step closer to our new home and a fresh start.

Lexus has announced the 2027 Lexus LX, and it gets several small but worthwhile updates. Premium models get new darker-finish 20-inch wheels and a standard digital rearview mirror, while F SPORT Handling gets standard red brake calipers and a new Palomino interior option. Power-folding rear seats also become standard on F SPORT Handling and Overtrail. Starting MSRP is $109,050.
