Toyota just announced updates for the 2027 Toyota GR86, and this one is definitely still built for the driving enthusiasts! 🏁
For 2027, the GR86 gets refined throttle calibration, improved shift feel, a new Thunder exterior color, and an available Cockpit Red interior on Premium models. It still keeps the lightweight, rear-wheel-drive formula with a 2.4L boxer engine making 228 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque.
The available Performance Package also adds Brembo brakes and SACHS dampers, which should make the GR86 even sharper on back roads or at the track.
Expected to arrive at Toyota dealerships in summer 2026. What do you think — is the GR86 still one of the best affordable sports cars out there? 👀🏎️
