We're Cameron and Rachel, and we live off-grid in a van in the Scottish Highlands. We own a beautiful little plot of land here, which we're currently turning into our off-grid bolt hole. We're also getting married this summer, right here on the land, so the journey to turn this little plot into a wedding venue (rather than a mud pit) is fully in swing.
Current projects: converting a horse box into a bar and building a timber frame greenhouse!

Hi everyone!
I have some good news and some bad news…
Let’s start with the good!
Thanks to my viewers who where able to join as members and support the channel, this month I put the money towards buying some actual editing headphone! This will save me editing through my headphones and then later playing it out loud on my laptop and noticing so many things wrong with the audio. 😐 So looking forward to using them!
Now the bad news… 😞
We took a lovely trip around the NC500 this week and on the last evening I managed to spill my noodles all over my MacBook Pro M1 laptop, and that was the end of that 💀. We took it to a tech shop to get it repaired, only to be told it’s now worthless metal. Ouch!!
I have now purchased a new one but as you can imagine I’m not very happy about this (MacBooks are expensive!) and I did have a new video nearly ready for Sunday 😢, so bare with me folks.
Luckily the wedding video will still be out on Sunday to the public, and the next video will be out to members as soon as it’s ready!

NOW LIVE FOR MEMBERS! This weeks video is the one you've been waiting for (👰🏻💗🤵🏻) - and we spent this morning sat in a co-op carpark with a coffee hotspotting off an e-sim to make sure it's uploaded. Always the glamorous life.
This will be going out exclusively to members today, and next week (on the 23rd August at 5pm) the wonderful rest of you can join the (wedding) party too.

Hello everyone. You may have noticed that we've been a bit quiet lately. That's because, this weekend, we finally celebrated the big day - exactly as we planned it, on our land.
It was so busy building up to the wedding, and we had a wonderful week with friends staying here, so bare with me, but we'll be back on the videos soon.

It recently came to my attention that I wasn't uploading videos in the full 4k I shoot in, and after seeing how many of you watch on a TV, I've tweaked the settings and will be uploading in higher quality moving forward!
However... I hadn't quite factored in the time uploading takes for today's video...

Happy Sunday you guys! New video at 5pm tonight, and a little update below. 👋
We have had a cracking week. Huge progress on the land that we're looking forward to sharing with you.
Saturday night was spent with a fire and a whisky, and while today is slightly stormy, the week ahead promises some warmer temperatures again. Rachel's hopeful the land will get a wriggle on and get growing!
We had the first salad grown completely on the land last night too, first win of many this summer, we hope. 😊
Tonight's video brings us back to the horsebox, working on getting that rusty old girl in shape to paint when we have some slightly dryer weather.
