“It's a dangerous business going out your door. You step onto the road, and if you don't keep your feet there's no knowing where you might be swept off to“
I simply walk. Sometimes through busy streets, sometimes along quiet riversides. Just watching the world go by.
Grab a damn good cup of coffee and come walk with me😊

Spring is almost here..
What’s the weather like where you are today?
I’ve just added subtitles in several languages to my latest hike to the lighthouse in Da Nang. Someone asked about Portuguese subtitles - they’re there now too 😎
I can’t promise perfect translations - YouTube auto-translate and ChatGPT helped me a bit. But hopefully it makes the video easier to enjoy for people from different parts of the world.
If you watch with subtitles, tell me where you’re watching from 🌍
And if you notice something funny in the translation - feel free to let me know.

Hi my dear friends!
I’d love to share some photos from my recent bamboo raft journey along the Yulong River. The video is already up on the channel - https://youtu.be/ARorTxKQfnc
The name "Yulong" translates to "meeting the dragon", and locals often just call it the Dragon River. For centuries, people used bamboo rafts here to travel, fish, and transport goods. Today, tourists are taken on these rafts, giving locals a way to earn money and keeping the tradition alive. The rafts have no motors - they’re skillfully guided by boatmen using long bamboo poles. The gentle flow and the rhythmic tapping of the pole against the water calms the mind, taking you to a living Chinese painting.

Winter is here!
Time for a few updates ☘️
I’ve traded the snowy beauty of Kazakhstan for warmer places, so expect videos with the sound of ocean waves soon. Though I’ll miss the snow..
Coming up: a new solo hiking video from KZ (the first one’s already on the channel - would love your likes and comments!), plus a few walks from China and Vietnam. Calm vibes on the way.
Thanks for being here 🖤

Hi to all my wonderful viewers and readers!
I’ve been a little quiet lately, but I promise to be back soon with new long and short videos 🎥
In the meantime, here’s a photo from Belarus - the skies here are truly something else.
Have you ever seen cloud castles like this?
Makes me wonder… maybe Laputa is hiding up there somewhere ☁️🏰✨

Somewhere in the mountains of Kazakhstan..
There are still a few videos from Malaysia waiting to be finished, so I’ll be sharing those soon - alternating them with new walks and peaceful views from Kazakhstan.
And then - more nature, fresh air, and moments from this beautiful land.
