I haven't migrated for some of the reasons here. In addition to my systems not being "compatible" with Windows 11...no TPM chip. Pushing back at MicroSoft is a good thing...and privacy is too important to not let them know this is NOT OK. 😎🦇

When any speech is silenced, we are all silenced. I didn't like Charlie Kirk, but he didn't deserved to be shot and killed. Matthew Doud didn't deserve to be fired. Our legacy media is not non-biased as it should be. They bow to corporate and government pressure on how they report the news or don't report the news. They lean to the left or right depending on who is in charge of the money they get. This isn't Edward R. Murrow, Walter Cronkite, Dan Rather, Tom Brokaw, Peter Jennings, PBS, AP, or Reuters. We claim to need freedom of the press while accepting news as entertainment then accept or ignore their bias.
We, The People, should insist on an un-biased, un-censored, ethical, factual, balanced, non-partisan journalistic reporting of current information from the world outside one's individual sphere. However, it is not readily available to the public. 😎🦇

Whether this is dramatization (which I suspect) or real, I love the message it brings. However in court, you need to provide reliable evidence. It might be missing for time restraints. I don't think such a judgement would be found without evidence. Also, it appears this is supposed to be small claims court, which usually has monetary limit of $5000. If it was superior court, I could see that judgement after evidence proves the case. If real, I would love to see the full case video!
