Hiring season is officially back in the Gulf.
August to January is the busiest recruitment period in hospitality — especially for pre-opening projects. If you’re job hunting, this is your window. Don’t wait till everyone’s applying in October.
Here’s what we’re seeing right now:
✅ Pre-opening and operating properties are actively hiring across UAE, Qatar, KSA, and beyond
✅ Candidates currently in the country are getting faster responses — local availability saves employers time and cost
✅ Face-to-face interviews are back in fashion, especially for senior and guest-facing roles
✅ Diversity is in focus. Demand for Eastern European candidates remains strong, and we’re seeing more requests for Latin American nationalities too. Why? Teams need balance. Some regions are overrepresented in applications, which makes hiring slower. Many companies want to diversify — and that creates opportunities for underrepresented profiles.
We know it’s not easy — but this is the moment to show up strategically.
🎯 Make sure your CV is visible, up to date, and relevant
🎯 Be proactive. Follow companies. Message recruiters. Apply smart.
🎯 If you're not in the region, research before jumping on a tourist visa — it's a risk with no guarantees, especially without savings or a clear plan.
Hiring is moving again.
And if you’ve been waiting for a sign to try again — this is it.
