We just hit 23,000 subscribers‼️ while for some that might be nothing or I'm a nobody... but for me this is incredible!

5 years ago I started making YouTube videos on my phone, using iMovie to make silly vlogs of random things me and my friends would do.

Then I found ghost hunting... I accidentally came across an ad for a public ghost hunt and thought it'd be fun to go see if ghosts were real.

At the time I had just hit 600 subscribers, so I simply googled "how to hunt for ghosts" and without any research I bought ghost hunting gadgets, a real camera, microphone and booked the closest haunted place that was accessible to me... the Congress hotel in Chicago, Illinois

That night made me realize there was things going on that we don't understand. Even though it was mostly devices, feelings, and stories told... I was a believer

The next night I booked 4 more haunted locations and was off to the races with the idea of a episode every other week.

I only missed that schedule a handful of times throughout the years, and I'm not sure if I'll EVER profit off the total money I've spent over the years. Locations, gas, hotels, food, cameras, gadgets, music licenses, editing licenses, thumbnails, ect...

But what I am sure of is I found out I love the paranormal, it isn't just about views, money, and fame for me... sure I'd love nothing more then to be financially comfortable doing ONLY what I love, but there's something unknown happening all around us and we will probably never know what it truly is.

I'm here for the ghosts. The passion. The debates. The entities that want to be heard.

It took me 2.5 years to hit 1,000 subscribers.

Only slightly less than 2.5 MORE years to reach 23,000 subscribers.

Approximately 3% to 5% of all YouTube channels ever reach 25,000 subscribers.

I've collaborated with channels as large as 1.4 million subscribers to as small as 60 subscribers. It's never been about the views to me, it's about the friends, ghosts, and passion!

I don't want a TV show, or to have a table at a convention. I just want to go look for ghosts and share that experience with the world.

Thank you guys for 23,000 subscribers... 25,000 soon enough I hope!

(My goal for this year was 50,000 but some hiccups came along and favoritism in the ol algorithm left me behind, I'll take the 25,000 all day)
