This is false claims by Youtube itself, I believe.

The content is taken from the game itself. One of the game's cutscenes, to be specific.
I just happen to upload the same content, and that's no big deal.
I don't own the rights to the cutscene or the content.

So...no, The Professional, Trolencio911, MKIceAndFire, GTA Series Videos and just about everyone else DID NOT TAKE content from me at all.
They are free to re-use the content from games to create their own specialized content on Youtube. Just as I am.

Got Simpsons Hit & Run working on the PC again. Turns out I had to get a proper .exe for it to run.

Also used a very useful mod launcher which adds QoL features to make the experience better imo
