This Club 7s Championship Victory ties the most consecutive Cup wins of all time. The last team to do it was in 2002 when OMBAC won 3 in a row. (Seattle OPSB / Saracens also did it in 2015). Old Puget South Beach did it in 1992.

Enjoy Rugby 7s legend Tim Stanfill wave 👋 good bye to Belmont Shore and if you listen closely, you hear the echos of “4 in a row” in the other clip👀. If NAV comes back in 2025 and wins again, it would make it the first time ever a team won 4 in a row! For now, they will enjoy this year’s big win. But come next year, Rugby 7s Magazine needs to get back out to this amazing event to possibly witness history🙏

Anytime I needed an interview, Mike Friday made himself available 🎤 . Not only that, but he’d give me all the time I needed. Whether it was in person, over Instagram live or via message, he was ready to go. Over the years we’ve been able to do a handful of interviews but we’ve also been able to talk about life and other parts of Rugby on the side. I appreciated that. He always treated me with the utmost respect and even cheered me on for what I was doing. He was ALL FOR anything he could do to promote the game. You will be missed in the USA 🇺🇸 Mike! Thank you for the love you have showed the game of 7s and thank you in advance for what’s to come. There is no doubt you will continue to make an impact. 🫡 🇺🇸

I am pleased to announce I am headed to AUSTRALIA 🇦🇺 for Global Youth 7s! This will be the first time Rugby 7s Magazine touches down under🤍🙏

This is also my first tournament in a couple years as I have been working behind the scenes developing more of an infrastructure for Rugby 7s Magazine. You see when I first started this company in 2016 I just went for it! I borrowed my friends camera and just hit record. I had no experience, just a love and passion for the game of Rugby 7s. I was able to travel all over the USA and beyond capturing incredible highlight moments and interviewing the talented players. It was amazing…and still is…but I wanted to do more!

I came to a place where I wouldn’t be able to do more if I didn’t take a step back and figure out HOW. I am still on that journey but progress is being made and ideas are being put in motion in the background. Going to Australia and then to New Zealand next week will be a stepping stone towards the bigger plan. I’m excited for it. I’m excited for The People, because they deserve it. The People need more Rugby 7s, and everything around it. This is going to be a fun trip and I know my God will provide everything needed along the way.

🚨PREDICTION RESULTS ARE IN🥇🥈🥉🙌 — 57/66 = 86.36%

Since I was a little kid I’ve enjoyed analyzing sports and trying to discern the winners beforehand...

As the competition level continues to rise in #Rugby7s the #Olympics were not easy to call! This is a great thing for the sport and shows the rise of development in all of the countries.

Most notable L’s are 🇮🇪 missing knock out rounds by a last second try... 🇨🇦 missing knockout rounds only because they got blown out in their last match and 🇨🇳 blew out their last match to leap them... 🇬🇧 winning on last second try v 🇷🇺 in pool play... & the brave pick of 🇦🇷losing to 🇫🇯 in Cup Semis 😭😆
