Better stretching for mobility. I am not contorting this ..1 touch the line (staggered and straddled) 2 front and side alternate kick 3 staggered five second hinge 4 toe stretch 5 calf and achilles stretch 6 reverse to front lunge 7 short ankle jumps and ankle rotations 8 hip stretch as a crossover
