The Nigeria U.S. Visa ban is still in place. You can schedule an appointment and be interviewed, but your visa won't be approved. Those who don't qualify for the visa are denied and given yellow and blue slips. Those who qualify get only a yellow slip indicating they were denied solely because of the ban.
