Alright, guys, so the link to my Discord server is back on my YouTube channel, so now you guys should be able to access it. That said, I decided to get rid of the music covers that used Arturia VSTs. I used the trial versions in those cases, and I've come to realize for a while that I'm more comfortable using VSTs I already own in music projects. That said, I'll still be able to re-do them, since I was able to find alternate solutions. As of now, I bought PianoTeq, so I do have a good physically modeled piano, vibraphone, guitar, harpsichord, you get the idea.

To anyone wondering what's been going on with my YouTube channel, don't worry, it's not dead. I've just been very busy with stuff related to the university I'm studying at. But there are at least a few works I'm almost done with. After a good amount of time testing them and making some tweaks, I should hopefully have the redos done soon. I hope you guys stay tuned for the next release.

Alright, I was able to get my Discord account and Steam account restored, and I was able to return to my Discord server. I figured the two posts I previously made about them didn't hold up anymore, so I got rid of them. But I'll have to be more careful. While I was trying to get my account back, I found out there were similar cases years ago. I know some people are going to tell me "be more careful next time," but let me be honest when I say that it's not very original and honestly more annoying than helpful at times. It's hard to actually BE careful when you're not learning about Discord hacks and scams all the time. Maybe if I was someone who watches YouTubers like Mutahar every now and then about this stuff, sure. But this ain't it.

Not much of an update, but I decided to stop linking my Discord server in video descriptions. I have a new link (made by one of my server's moderators after a doxxing incident), and I figured it would be pointless to keep linking the server if it's going to be linked in my channel dashboard/homepage anyway. Plus, descriptions have a limit, so that's another reason to just link it in my dashboard, especially if a video I publish happens to have a LONG description for any reason. Heck, I'll consider doing the same for my Ko-fi and Paypal in the future. Only time will tell.

Hey, guys, sorry for the fact that a video hasn't been made in so long. Right now, I have something I hope to finish as soon as I'm able to, that being a cover of Donkey Kong Country's Northern Hemispheres. I also hope to do something from Chrono Trigger, which I heard just had its thirtieth anniversary. One thing that's been holding me back from making content on YouTube and/or DeviantART is both the increasing production value in my later videos and personal stuff between me and family members. Nowadays, I spend more time paying attention to things that make a cover sound more authentic or human; things like articulations, velocity, you get the point. More work on that kind of stuff adds more time. That said, I think it's worth the extra time, so I'd say it's not that bad.

This isn't something I was going to do, but I might as well address what happened from my perspective, including where I admit fault.

During the voice chat and minutes before the clip took place, other people were constantly mocking me, either by name calling or by constantly pinging me with things like "give me sex" (you can even see them targeted towards others in that clip, too) or whatever else that explicit. This happened even when I briefly left the voice chat to cool down for over ten minutes. As such, once it was too much to handle, I eventually let out my anger and then left the voice chat.

Keep in mind that, as of this post's release date, some of those guys are still teenagers, while I'm 23. It's no wonder I'd feel a lot of pressure from being in that voice chat while trying to be as appropriate as possible on my side. Months ago, I have heard about awful acts from certain people about how they behave on Discord or other online chat platforms, such as sexual roleplay and grooming. Since I heard about those cases, I've been very strict about how I have text chats or voice chats with other people, regardless of age.


For how I screwed up, I'll admit I was wrong to scream in the microphone the way I did in the voice chat. Honestly, if I was expecting the harassment to keep happening, I would've just stayed out of the voice chat the whole time or even left the server (which I eventually did, since nobody reflected on this but me). So, I admit fault on screaming like that.

Initially, I was going to forget about it, because it was just an outburst that wasn't even given much focus anyway. But, after seeing this clip and some of the comments on its comment section, I thought about actually addressing it, because I prefer to stand up for myself and not be a coward. Here's hoping I did the right thing to address it, because I want to move on from this after admitting fault, and it would suck to be mocked about this for however long it could last. This is also why I'm not mentioning any names here, because I want others who witnessed it to move on like I plan to in the future. As of right now, I hope the clip gets deleted before it reaches enough views for it to be problematic.

EDIT (February 28, 2025): I should also mention that some of those who were making fun of me with sex jokes are voice actor's for Miitonio's projects, and I do voice work for his projects as the character, Tyrone. One of them eventually admit fault and apologized for constantly pinging me with "give me sex," but not much has changed. Sometime after this post was published, I noticed my outburst was being used by some of those people (including the only one who apologized to me) as a Discord soundboard sample, which will affect future voice chats between me and my colleagues and has already made this moment harder to move on from. If it keeps happening, I'll have to depart from this voice acting duty. I won't mention any names, because I want everyone involved to move on, including myself. However, if necessary, I may reveal them.

EDIT (July 2, 2025): To anyone who has honest questions on something about the situation I didn't address, I'll still allow comments in cases like this. I won't edit anything above this edit, but I'm more than welcome to answer questions people have.

Lately, I've been hearing more and more drama regarding Dream. Initially, I was thinking of doing a TF2 dub of another video featuring him. However, after hearing the stuff between him and other people (such as TommyInit), that being insulting memes he made and stuff about him being a groomer, I'm scrapping the idea of doing a TF2 dub of one of his manhunt videos. It's probably a pity, because I did promise one with Merasmus as the Enderdragon. I also realized how confusing and long it is to picture a TF2 dub of it, since a lot of those parts are often Dream carefully planning out his ways to kill the dragon, and I'm only talking about when he's in the End. Nevertheless, the drama and allegations are enough to make me just scrap the idea altogether. MAYBE I'll go back to it if we learn that Dream is innocent, but it's best I take one step at a time from now on.

For the record, I don't follow Dream or the people he's had drama with. I just think his manhunt videos are usually pretty neat, even if they sometimes get loud.

Hey, guys! I don't know how everyone who follows my channel feels about this, but I decided to stop taking requests for music covers and fandubs (either parodies or serious ones). After explaining it in my Discord server, I think it's a good idea I also do it here for people who aren't in that server. And no, this has nothing to do with passion.

The first reason is because of copyright. Some media is under different copyright security than others, and it's not always clear on what gets taken down and what stays. If I do something that unfortunately gets taken down, and the effort was insane, I'd be wasting time fulfilling a request that went down to waste because of something that wasn't my fault.

But the first reason is pretty minor compared to the second reason, which is that I can't guarantee I'll be able to get a MIDI from a song that gets requested. In the case of video game music, not every music sequence file is something I can rip a MIDI out of. Sometimes, VGMTrans or those N64 ripping tools will not work on such files. Plus, for music in general, finding a MIDI isn't always easy. Obviously, more popular songs are more likely to have MIDIs, and that's especially the case with games that already have MIDIs are their soundtrack, such as the PC version of Final Fantasy 7. But there are times when I was on a serious MIDI hunt. Either there's no MIDI for that song, or the MIDIs I *do* find are just awful. Sure, there's a website called "Supreme MIDI," where I can pay to have a MIDI of a song, but I'm already trying to buy instrument plug-ins (such as MODO Bass, MODO Drum, and some of Plogue's VSTs like ChipSynth SFC) that'll improve how my music covers sound. Maybe when I get a job and earn a decent amount of money, I'll consider buying stuff from that website.

Speaking of getting a job, this is where I get to my third reason. My third reason I stopped taking requests is because I don't know what job I'll get, and I know my schedule will be affected when I get one. Some jobs can be heavier than others, and I don't know how much time I'll have to do the projects I want to do on YouTube AND take peoples' requests. At this point, I'm still living with my parents and trying my best to find a job, because I recently earned my associate's degree for cinema and stopped taking college.



In all, I think this is the time I stopping taking requests. As much as I want to entertainment people, I also want to do as much as I'm actually able to offer. That said, there are few requests I agreed to do before I made this post, so I'll at least try to do those. One of them includes a cinematic cover of the Shadow Queen themes and an arrangement/cover of Shade Man's alternate theme, though I also decided to do his primary theme first.
