Hi, this is Ssokdoksan.
Lately, I’ve been seeing more and more people taking my animation videos and dubbing them without permission — especially from overseas. I honestly love dubbing culture, and before being an animation creator, I’m someone who genuinely enjoys dubbing. So I’ve usually been okay with people dubbing my videos. Above all, I’ve always appreciated people from around the world enjoying my work.
But when I let it slide, people started doing things like editing my videos under the excuse of dubbing — zooming in and out, cutting clips however they want (seemingly to avoid copyright detection), adding their own logos or watermarks, and clearly uploading for monetization.
Even then, I tried to let it go.
If it were just one or two people, maybe I still would’ve. But now it’s just too many. Way too many. I’ve decided I can’t ignore it anymore. I need to protect my videos and my characters.
🚫So from now on, I’m officially NOT allowing any dubbing of my animations. (If you’ve already uploaded dubbed versions, I won’t ask you to take them down. But this is the last time I’ll be lenient.)
If anyone uploads a dubbed version after this, I will personally file copyright claims with YouTube — including all previously uploaded dubbed content — and get them taken down. If you’re okay with your channel getting terminated, go ahead.
Creating animation is fun. It feels amazing to complete each cut, one frame at a time. But just so you know — even 10 to 30 seconds of animation takes a long, long time to make. Please don’t use my videos just to promote your own channels.
최근에 제 영상을 그냥 가져가서 더빙하시는 분들이 많아요. (특히 해외 분들) 저도 더빙 문화를 되게 좋아하고, 애니메이션 제작자이기 이전에 더빙을 사랑하는 사람으로서 웬만하면 제 영상을 가져가서 더빙하시는 걸 허락해드리는 편이었습니다. 무엇보다 해외에서 제 영상을 좋아해 주시는 건 너무나도 감사한 일이니까 그러려니 했어요.
근데 그냥 냅두니까, 더빙을 명목으로 제 영상을 가공하거나(컷을 마음대로 확대하거나 축소하며 편집함. 저작권을 피하려는 목적으로 보임), 본인 채널의 로고, 워터마크를 박으시거나, 수익 창출이 목적인 의도가 다분하게 보였습니다.
백 번 양보해서 이것도 그냥 눈감아주려고 했습니다.
한두 분이면 냅두겠는데, 너무 많아요. 너무... 더는 못 참겠습니다. 제 영상과 캐릭터들을 지켜야겠다고 판단했고,
앞으로는 제 애니메이션 더빙하시는 거 금지하겠습니다. (여태 업로드된 영상은 굳이 내리시지 않아도 괜찮아요. 이게 제 마지막 인내심입니다.)
그럼에도 불구하고 더빙해서 업로드하시려는 분들, 적발되면 제가 직접 양식 작성해서 이전에 더빙하신 제 영상들 포함해서 싹 다 유튜브에 저작권 신고 넣겠습니다. 채널 폭파되고 싶으시면 계속하십쇼.
애니메이션 만드는 거 즐거워요. 한 땀 한 땀 그리고 나서 결과물 보면 진짜 뿌듯하거든요. 그런데 여러분, 애니메이션은 10~30초 만드는 데도 시간이 정말 오래 걸리는 작업입니다. 제 영상을 여러분 채널 홍보용으로 쓰지 마십쇼.
이번 쇼츠는 무려 3주 만에 업로드되었네요...!!! 네, 쇼츠 애니메이션 유튜버치고는 꽤 느린 업로드 주기죠ㅎㅎ...
본론부터 말씀드리자면, 앞으로 영상 업로드가 많이 늦춰질 것 같아요. 종종 방송에서 언급했던 다른 프로젝트를 현재 메인으로 진행 중입니다. 그 와중에도 틈틈이 시간을 짜내 좋은 퀄리티의 쇼츠를 만들려고 했지만… 솔직히, 쉽지 않더라고요.
진행 중인 프로젝트는 꽤 많은 작업량이에요. 이걸 수락한 이유는 "이걸 완성했을 때 쑥떡이들이 정말 좋아해 줄 거야." 라는 확신이 있었기 때문이에요.
영상이 언제 올라오냐는 DM, 댓글, 채팅들 당연히 제가 책임져야 하는 부분인데, 어느샌가 점점 그 시선을 피하게 되더라고요. 스트레스를 받지 않았다고 하면… 거짓말이겠죠ㅎㅎ^<^
그렇다 하더라도, 무책임하게 늦은 피드백과 근황 공유조차 드리지 못한 점에 대해 쑥떡이분들께 진심으로 사과드립니다.
저는 분명히 쏙독샌님의 캐릭터들과 롱폼 애니메이션 ‘헤라와 에나’를 사랑해주시는 팬분들, 그리고 쇼츠 애니메이션을 즐겨주시는 분들까지 모두를 만족시켜드리고 싶었어요.
하지만 시간이 흐를수록 제 손에서 하나둘 놓쳐가는 것들에 미련이 생기고, 그게 너무 마음 아팠어요.
그리고 결국, 오늘에서야 깨달았습니다. “내가 나 자신을 너무 과대평가했구나...” 라는 걸요.😂😂
구독자 100명이었던 쏙독샌님이 어느덧 여러분 덕분에 20만이라는 큰 채널이 되었어요. 하루하루가 정신없이 흘러가다 보니 20만이 된 것도 뒤늦게야 알았네요.

It’s been three whole weeks since the last shorts video…!!! Yes… that’s quite slow for an animation shorts creator, isn’t it? Haha...
To get straight to the point: Uploads are going to be delayed for a while.
As I’ve mentioned during streams, I’m currently focusing on another big project. I’ve been trying to squeeze in time to work on good-quality shorts in between, but… it really hasn’t been easy.
The project I’m working on is quite large in scale. I only took it on because I was certain— “My fans will definitely love this once it's done.”
I’ve seen the DMs, comments, and stream chats asking, “When’s the next upload?” Of course, it’s my responsibility to respond, but at some point, I started to avoid them… I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t feeling stressed haha ^<^
Even so, I sincerely apologize for the delayed updates and for not communicating with you all sooner.
I genuinely wanted to care for everyone— those who love the Ssokdoksaen characters, the long-form series Hera and Ena, and the shorts animations too.
But as time passed, I found myself letting go of things I really wanted to hold onto. That made my heart ache.
And finally, today… I realized something. “I was overestimating myself.”
From 100 subscribers to now 200,000— all thanks to you, my dear Ssookddeokies.
Things have been so hectic, I didn’t even realize we’d hit 200k.
Thank you so much for loving this soft INFP tofu-mind Sokdoksannim💛 I feel like I’m living in a dream every single day thanks to you all. lol

今回は動画の投稿についてお知らせがあります。
なんと…今回のショートアニメ、3週間ぶりの投稿になってしまいました…！！！
はい…アニメ系ショートのYouTuberとしてはかなり遅い更新ですね、ハハ…笑
本題からお伝えしますと、
今後しばらくの間、動画の投稿ペースが遅くなる予定です。
配信でも時々お話ししていましたが、
今は別の大きなプロジェクトをメインで進めています。
その合間を縫ってショートアニメも頑張って作ろうとしていたのですが…
正直、すごく難しかったです。
進行中のプロジェクトは、かなりのボリュームがあります。
それでも受けたのは、
「完成したら、きっとスクトギたちが喜んでくれる！」
という強い気持ちがあったからです。
「次の動画はいつ出るの？」というDMやコメント、配信中のチャットなど、
たくさんいただいていました。
もちろんそれに応えるのは私の責任ですが、
いつの間にか、目を背けるようになっていました。
ストレスを感じていなかったとは…言えませんね、ハハ^<^
それでも、
長い間返信ができなかったことや、近況をお伝えできなかったことについて、
スクトギの皆さんに心からお詫び申し上げます。
私は、ソクドクセンのキャラクターや
長編アニメ『ヘラとエナ』を応援してくださる皆さん、
そしてショートアニメを楽しんでくださる皆さん、
みんなを大切にしたいと思っていました。
でも時間が経つにつれて、
少しずつ手からこぼれていくものが増えて、
それがとても悲しかったです。
そして今日になって、ようやく気づきました。
**「私は、自分を過大評価していたんだな…」**と。
登録者100人からスタートしたソクドクセンが、
気づけば20万人ものチャンネルになっていました。
あまりにも忙しくて、20万人を超えたことにも気づけなかったほどです。
メンタルぷるぷる豆腐のINFPで、本物のチン123ッタのソクドクセンを
たくさん応援してくれて、本当にありがとうございます。
皆さんのおかげで、毎日がまるで夢のようです。ケケッ
このプロジェクトが終わったら、
またバンバン動画投稿するソクドクセンに戻ります！
