Please don't go out there trying to scare the people who are reuploading The Suicide Sheik. Since it's Public Domain media, literally any person is in the right of reuploading, sharing, streaming, editing, copying and downloading the short. Nobody haves to ask for permission to do that.
Preventing the usage of Public Domain media is a way of gatekeeping and it's somewhat illegal too since it goes against the rights of literally all the users and consumers around the world.
Public Domain media is FREE TO USE. NOBODY WILL GET IN TROUBLE FOR IT.
I'm not gonna lie. I was expecting the short would barely got around 50 views since it's a very obscure cartoon. It's on its way to 5k now and I guess it will keep going a bit more
That's one small step for man. One giant leap for mankind.
The Suicide Sheik is finally out. It's a quite simple and obscure cartoon. Yet, its influence and eventual effects on pop culture should place it as one of the most important pieces of media for the internet itself. Not only as one of the earliest sound animated films ever, but as the precursor of a lot of ideas, stories, music, videogames, movies...
The Suicide Sheik inspired that depressed Mickey strips made by Godfrettson. The mickey strips eventually led a random guy to write the Suicide Mouse pasta, and it keeps going and going. Just think a bit about the huge amount of awesome projects and ideas that were born from it.
I'll share it until the copyright actually expires. I think the reasons are obvious but, in a few words I don't wanna die.
Uploading screenshots of the short it's by itself something quite risky. Thankfully, we made it to this point without bringing attention, so I hope we'll survive until New Year.

It is worth of mention that the high quality, raw version of jojacob666's Suicide Mouse take is missing
The one we saw on dakabt's channel (and further reupload) is a recording from their stream showcasing the animation

I remember this thing.
I had a link of the (now defunct) site where the author shared it.

The Starved Eggman in Sonic CD mod is almost done. I just need to slightly adjust some Eggy's poses.
I think my take on furnace design and poses are still far from perfect, and I'll keep working on it to improve it until it completely rocks.
