Update: We will actually be releasing the next Day in the Life on Saturday (May 17th) @ 9:00AM (Japan Time) and this coming Saturday (May 10th) @ 9:00AM will be a Work Day in Japan video. Sorry, I got the schedule wrong. Either way, excited to release both videos in the coming weeks.

Happy Holidays Everyone! We've decided to spend a little bit more family time together this end of the year so no videos for a little bit. I'll let you guys know when we're coming back but in the mean time, we hope everyone is able to spend this Holiday season with with their loved ones. And don't worry, we've got a lot of videos in the works and we'll be working on them behind the scenes.

Thank you to all of the people that showed up to the New York Meetup! It was amazing to meet all of you. To say the least, I was surprised by the turnout. I had no idea that so many of you would come out. Maiko, Wolfy and I are so grateful and appreciate that you took the time out to see us. For those that don’t know, Pecking House is home to the Hottest Crispy Fried Chicken in New York and for a 1-day limited time only, they’ll also being creating an original Paolo fromTOKYO Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich using my Premium Kaminari Hot Sauce. You all know I love fried chicken, so I couldn’t be more excited to collaborate with Pecking House on this event.

My spicy chicken sandwich is gonna be fire and it’s gonna be available all day from 11AM-10PM along with bottles of my hot sauce bottles and t-shirts (Limited Supply Available)

If you’re not into spicy or even fried chicken, no worries just stop by and say hello. I’d love to meet all of you in the area, take pictures and just hang out. Maiko and Wolfy will be there from 6PM and until Wolfy gets sleepy :-)

The first 20 people to line up for the 6PM meet and greet receive a gift bottle of my new and milder Umami Ocean Hot Sauce.

I'll be in New York at the end of this month, September. For those interested in meeting up, I'm working on something for Sep 24th in Brooklyn. The details haven't been finalized yet, but keep that date available for now. I would love to meet you guys. I'll update this post as soon as I know more. Happy Birthday to my son, Wolfy! Today, he's officially 4 years old. I can't believe how fast time flew by. I've loved watching him grow up little by little these last few years. And thank you to all of you who have stuck with the channel and shared in these moments of our life. We're grateful for all of your support.
