Quick PSA since my video is taking forever to process: Gear with old perks will be converted to SOCKETS in a couple of hours. This could be a extremely nice way to gem 4 socket items (and might also work for the ones crafted with gem sockets). Obviously craft at your own risk in case they change that last minute. Little New World FYI that I can't really fit into a video:
The Turkulon Egg Seat that drops from Turkulon only has a 7 day drop cooldown (see nwdb.info screenshot below), but a pretty low drop chance.
However, if you kill Turkulon 15 times, you already unlocked the guaranteed drop of his entire loot pool. This guaranteed drop carries over into the next week! So if you already killed Turkulon 15 times in the first week, just a single kill in the second week immediately guarantees the Egg Seat drop. This is repeatable every 7 days if the event doesn't end before.
