✅Wake up a little bit earlier so you don’t have to rush.😴
✅Set goals and declutter regularly. Contact the Learning Enhancement Team and Wellbeing Service for support.
✅Take one thing at a time and don’t panic.
✅Create your own deadlines before the actual deadlines.
✅Everyday, review all the new information you've learnt.
