𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡(𝗦):
• Minimum H. S. C/ A Level; University qualification is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Civil Aviation Regulations and Cabin Safety operations.
• Knowledge of Cabin Crew Scheduling.
𝗝𝗢𝗕 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦:
• Ensuring safety and security standards are maintained within his/ her jurisdiction.
• Administering the activities of Cabin Services Department.
• Incorporating regulatory or contractual requirements including training, line checks, leave, meetings and other related activities for cabin crew operations into the monthly roster.
• Daily input of cabin crew operational records into Scheduling Software to ensure tracking for the management of fatigue or crew rest hours and other limits of the crew duty program.
• Distributing roster and other work-related communication to all cabin crew.
• Supporting Cabin Operations & Training section in ensuring cabin staff man power levels.
• Track crew currencies and duty hours for notification.
• Maintaining the filing of cabin crew operational records (including duty, flight and rest hours) and ensuring the availability of operational forms and/or documents in the aircraft and cabin crew briefing rooms.
• The timely processing of invoices, timesheets and facilitating cabin crew application forms for management approval.
• Ensuring regular inventory is taken of Cabin crew uniform stock and associated items.
• The safety, security and cleanliness of the Cabin Service department.
• Any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗗 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘:
• At least 10 years of flying experience as a Cabin Crew.
• Purser qualifications.
• Good Communication skills.
• Problem solving skill
• Management skill
• Good command of spoken and written skills.
• Having a can-do attitude
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Good leadership and quick decision-making capabilities
• Able to work at any time in day or night shift
