Sigh, Hawaii is now five years old!
What started out as simple doodles and daydreamed animatics has turned into a project that has irrevocably changed the course of my life. This story and its characters have become an invaluable creative and emotional outlet, as well as a source of comfort and joy. This project has led me to meet so many awesome people and has become an integral part of my identity. I don't know where I would be without it! Thank you all so much for giving me a space to share what I love most. Happy Birthday, Sigh, Hawaii!

Hello!
You all may notice that I haven't uploaded any new animatics in about a year. I've been trying to work on the next one, but I've been feeling so much burnout from the animatic series. I have decided to shift focus for a while and work on other projects I feel more passionate and motivated about. I have been working on a webcomic series based on my Hawaii: Part II story which I'm hoping to launch around early April, I'll update you all once I have a better idea of an official release date. Thank you all for being patient with me :) I may still make some mini-animatics here and there, but the thought of making another one for an entire song makes me wanna explode lol. But yeah! Sigh, Hawaii webcomic is launching soon-ish so I'll give you all more details later so stay tuned if you'd like :3

I wanted to update you all on my progress on the animatics as it has been a while since my last upload. I have taken a break from the animatics to focus on rewriting the story and polishing ideas. While rewriting, I have been working out an updated track list and have decided to stray away from using only music from Hawaii: Part II. I have been working on The Mariner animatic which I'm hoping to have done by December! Here is the current outline with very brief descriptions of the contents of each! Note that this is subject to change :)

Hello!
I wanted to give you all some updates! I am currently working on an animatic which I am hoping to have finished by the end of July. Progress has been a bit slow as I have been focusing most on creating a zine and preparing for a shop update. I currently plan on releasing the zine and other shop items around late July to celebrate the 4th anniversary of my Hawaii: Part II interpretation. I will elaborate on these more in future community posts! Also, I can't believe I'm past 850 subscribers! Thank you all so much for your support (and patience haha!)

Hiii!! Quick announcement + a random doodle:

I want to thank you all so much for all the love you all have shown to the Introduction to the Snow Animatic! The feedback and appreciation you all show for my work is so rewarding and inspiring <3
I also wanted to say, for this series of animatics, I am planning on adding a few different, non hpii songs to the lineup. That means before I start working on Isle Unto Thyself, I am going to make a few shorter animatics to expand on elements of the story and provide more depth!
The first time around I wanted to stick as close to the album's original structure as much as possible, but now I feel much more comfortable switching things up! I plan on including a verity of songs in my HPII animatics from now on wherever I think is needed! :) sooo yeah!
