As a person that suffers from Tinnitus and has tried many types of Tinnitus Sound Therapies, I have found some relief for my Tinnitus in listening to relaxing sounds in nature, the sound of running water, white noise and even some fan sounds. I have on occasion struggled with finding different relaxing sounds to try, so I wanted to share some of the ones I have created that have worked for me. Hopefully they can bring a little relief to you as well. If using for Tinnitus Relief always start on the lowest volume, and slowly increase to comfort level.
