Photozyme MD is having an Easter sale, and this feels like the kind of thing I’d want someone to mention if I were about to restock, so here I am, passing it along like a skincare carrier pigeon.

I’ve become genuinely very interested in DNA repair enzyme technology, and Photozyme MD is the brand I’ve personally been using. If you want the full nerdy tour, I made a deep-dive review here:

Happy Easter to the epidermis 🐣

Other than that: I am slowly catching up with life after months away from home, and will be back to posting regular content soon. Anything in particular you'd like to hear about?

Quick little update from the lab. 🔬

This week’s video is running a little behind schedule because I’m finishing my first full Great Skinvestigation deep dive – and once I started organizing my research, I realized I wanted to explain the science properly instead of rushing it out the door.

The video will be about DNA repair enzyme skincare and my 3-month testing experience with Photozyme MD. I was surprised by what I learned along the way, both from the clinical research and from using it on my own skin.

Before I finish editing, I’d love to know:
What questions do you have about DNA repair enzymes in skincare?
Anything you want me to explain or examine more closely in the video?
Do you use DNA repair enzymes? If so, feel free to share your experience in the comments. I sometimes include viewer insights when they add something interesting to the discussion.

If you want to explore the products I tested while we wait for the video, I’ll leave links below. I purchased these myself for the experiment and ended up repurchasing them during the testing period because I liked them so much. Links are affiliate links, which means I may earn a small commission if you decide to explore them that way.

As always – there is zero pressure to shop. The goal of the upcoming video is simply to understand the technology and figure out who it might actually make sense for.

Your questions may end up shaping the final video, so I’m all ears. 🩵

I’m thinking about reviewing the Danessa Myricks Everyday Magic Freedom Palette and wanted to check in with you first.

It has many of the neutral tones I was tempted by in the holiday release. I didn’t pick it up for myself because I already own similar shades, and I suspect the shimmer finishes might be a little more intense than I personally prefer.

That said, it could still be useful for me to understand the formula firsthand as a reviewer.

Before I make the decision – would this review be helpful to you?
Would my take on the finishes and formula add value?

If you’d like to see it, what specific questions should I answer?

Your input will be the largest factor in this decision. 🩵
