✺ helping you rewire your subconscious to fulfill your deepest desires ✺

Welcome to safe, original subliminals for your glow up, healing, and transformation. I create handcrafted subliminals for beauty, confidence, money, love, aura, feminine energy, and overnight change – all spoken, layered, and designed by me. No AI voices, no recycled tracks! – only positive affirmations, custom-made frequencies and calming music.

Subliminals are audios with affirmations hidden beneath music that bypass the conscious mind and reprogram your subconscious. With consistent listening, they shift beliefs, self-image, and energy – creating lasting changes in how you look, feel, and attract.

My audios are safe for sleep, unisex, and crafted for your highest good. Results vary – some notice instant changes, others gradually. Patience + consistency are the keys!

SMALL UPGRADE ...but actually not that small, uhehehuehe.. 😌

I’ve decided all upcoming subliminals will be at least 6 hours long!

Because… why are we still acting like 1 hour is enough and then babysitting the replay button. We’re not doing that anymore. You press play and it stays playing.

No interruptions, no “wait it ended already?”, no breaking the flow every hour.

It just runs in the background while your mind does its thing.

And the benefits are pretty obvious:

✨ more repetition without you thinking about it
✨ no constant restarting → smoother, deeper process
✨ you can actually use it however you want without adjusting your routine

Some of you play it while sleeping, some during the day, some on endless loop — you already know what works for you. This just makes everything easier and more effective at the same time.

So yeah… we upgraded. As we should 💅

MAIN CHARACTER ENERGY REQUIRES TESTING THINGS

Someone commented under my last post that figuring out what you actually like and want is one of the hardest things.

And honestly… yap. 🧠🫧

Because at some point you realize you’ve been moving through life without really checking in with yourself, and now suddenly you’re supposed to “just know” who you are.

So here are a few things that actually helped me understand myself, implement things, and figure out what it even is I want:

1. I stopped putting myself into tight definitions.

I dropped the idea that I need to describe myself in fixed categories. No tiny corsets.

If anything, I use open concepts: muse, goddess, creative, communicative, intelligent, open-minded… things that give me space instead of limiting me. 🪐🪡

2. I fully accepted being fluid.

I KNOW I’ll love something and then not feel it anymore. I KNOW I’ll change my style, my interests, my direction. It’s part of being a woman and I’m fine with that.

Because you’re not the same person you were two days ago… so why pretend like you are? 🧬🌊

3. I step into other people’s worlds.

When someone is excited about something, I go with them. No plan. No knowledge. Just curiosity.

And people open up completely differently when they get to show you what they love. They reveal things they normally wouldn’t.

Maybe I end up liking it, maybe not… but I would’ve never even come across it if I didn’t give it a chance and just observe what it does to me. 🗝️🫶

4. I look for things that feel completely unfamiliar.

Not the predictable stuff.

I mean topics, exhibitions, documentaries, books, things that sound almost random or even weird. The less I know about it, the better.

No predictable Netflix plots where you already know the structure… I’m talking completely different sections in a bookstore, new scientific or mathematical concepts, flora, fauna, economic ideas...

I open my horizon as wide as possible… and somewhere in your brain, combinations start forming that you might need later. 📚

5. Reflection is everything.

I don’t just try things and move on. I actually sit with it.

I notice what stayed with me, what shifted something, what felt different in my body, what drained me, what gave me energy.

It also keeps me from ending up in the same situations thinking “coulda woulda shoulda”… because I actually decided if something is for me or not.

That’s how you collect real data about yourself. 🧾🧠

6. I create intentional empty space.

No phone. No plans. No one talking to me.

Nature, silence, darkness, candles, doing nothing, letting my system breathe. Because if you’re constantly consuming, you never hear yourself.

And I also give a clear intention in those moments… I’m open for something new, something different, something that wants to come through me. 🕯️🌒

7. I use emotions like anger, jealousy, tension for guidance.

I look at them. I love them. I make mental notes.

Because behind that is always information. Something I want, something I’m not allowing, something that’s been waiting for change for way too long. 🔥🧲

8. I channel my inner granny.

Everyone talks about inner child… mine would ruin my life in under 3 days with too much chocolate and zero structure.

My inner granny has standards. She’s direct. She’s seen everything.

No time for nonsense. Raise your prices. Stop underselling yourself. Take care of yourself. Go to sleep on time.

She knows exactly what’s good for me. 🪑👵

9. I built an inspiration archive.

People, roles, achievements, energy, ways of being that move something in me.

Confidence, presence, discipline, wit, mastery, excellence, freedom…

Biographies and interviews help me understand how people think and move through the world. I take what resonates and integrate it into my own way. 🧬

10. I run experiments on myself.

I fully step into something for a set time. New routines, new focus, new ways of living.

One month I eat based on TCM, another month I try a completely new makeup style every day, another phase I wake up at 4am consistently.

Pattern interrupt at its finest. 🧪🧭

If you’re currently rebuilding your self concept, take this as inspiration.

Which of these have you already tried or which one are you about to experiment with next? ✨

HOW DO YOU START AGAIN WHEN EVERYTHING FEELS OFF

A lot of people ask themselves, how do I even start again

After a breakup
after something hit you way too hard
or when you realize you kind of lost yourself along the way
when you look in the mirror and don’t even recognize who you are right now

If you’re in that place where your thoughts and worries are just freezing you, I’m going to be honest with you

For most people, it’s waaaay more tempting to let someone else take that off their shoulders

To confess somewhere
to dive into something spiritual
to find a mentor, a system, a guru

Because there are parts they don’t want to face
parts they don’t know how to forgive yet

And by the way… that’s one of the biggest businesses out there 🧾🧠

But what that actually does is pull you right back into the same dynamic

You stop thinking for yourself
you stop asking who you are now
what you actually want now

And instead, someone else gets to decide

When you’re healed
when you’re ready
when you’re “good” again

And the truth is, no one can actually do that for you
No one can take that from you

So how do you move forward:

You start working on yourself every single day

You get curious about yourself again
you figure out what you actually like
what you actually want
what feels right to you
You take on things you’ve been putting off
not all at once but step by step 🧩🔥

And you keep doing that again and again...

This is the only forgiveness you can give yourself!

So that in a few months, when you look in the mirror

You don’t even feel connected to the version that went through all of that anymore 🧬🪞✨

That’s the real way

Not escaping it
not outsourcing it

But becoming someone who simply doesn’t live there anymore and only moves on your own terms, for yourself 🧿🔥💖
