New Psych Attack episode alert! πŸŽ™οΈ

Project management isn't just about Gantt charts and deadlines... it’s about the psychology of leading people. 🧠

I sat down with my brilliant colleague and friend, Dominique Barker, to dive into the intersection of Project Management and Leadership. We chat about why technical skills aren't enough and how understanding human behaviour can transform the way you lead a team.

We touch on change management, failing fast, learning from mistakes πŸ˜… and what project management can look like in your personal life (beware scope creep!)

Psych Attack

I have been looking for an excuse to nerd out on parasocial relationships for about 12 months. Episode 30 of the Psych Attack podcast - on the Australian TV drama 'Apple Cider Vinegar' - finally gave me that chance.

Here is the 10 minute segment. I describe what parasocial relationships are and some interesting related research findings. I also share some of my own parasocial relationships.

Dr Erica McIntyre and I discuss examples from 'Apple Cider Vinegar'.
