•1,454 homes went off-market, slightly higher than last year. Some sellers are waiting for better weather and market conditions.

🏡FEWER HOMES GOING UNDER CONTRACT
•Only 1,742 homes went under contract (down 12.9% from 2024). Buyers are being cautious—if you're selling, pricing right is key!

🏡SHOWINGS DROPPED 20%
•Fewer buyers braved the cold, but this is temporary!

🏡CLOSINGS FELL 15%
•Winter delays slowed the process, but contracts are still moving!
