Everyday, in the channel Member's area, I will be posting a rehab 'Exercise of the Day', courtesy of WebExercises. This is a dedicated page that gives detailed instructions about the exercise, including the starting position, movement, the muscles affected, the benefits of the exercise and the purpose of the exercise. There will also be a professionally designed video instruction to go with the exercise. I will post this everyday in the Member's area. Over time, theses exercises will target most of the body parts and you will know if it's beginnger, intermediate, or advance levels. You will be told if equipment will be necessary (like a gym ball or elastic band, etc). This is an added bonus for channel member.
