For the last 6 years, I’ve shown up every Saturday with a long-form PillowtalkDerm video, and it truly is one of my favorite ways to really teach and connect.

But lately, fewer of you are watching the longer videos.

So instead of guessing… I’m asking you:

How can I show up for you in the most helpful way?

I won’t be publishing a YouTube video tomorrow at our usual Saturday 10am time.

The world has felt very heavy lately, and today didn’t feel like the right moment to show up with scheduled content as if everything is normal.

This space has always meant more to me than just posting on a calendar. I want it to be a real community — one where we can pause, connect, and offer support for one another when times get rough but hopefully also when times get better.

I may go live at some point this weekend instead, just to check in and be together.
