The staple diets of men today are filled with sugars, synthetic flavorings, pesticides, and lack nutrients and really any purpose other than a fun flavored lollipop (in essence). With eggs and red meat being vilified and synthetic replacements being heavily pushed, add that to modern work trapped inside of offices / buildings all day β€” it should come as no surprise:

Vitamin D, of course plays a big role in testosterone production, along with building muscle, reducing inflammation, strengthening bones, and keeping your immune system strong. With the lack of time people are spending outdoors, missing powerful Vitamin D given off by the greatest source there is, the Sun, it’s no surprise. And again, many of the foods responsible for offering copious amounts of vitamin D are also vilified (eggs, milk, meats).
