The ways of the modern world are wreaking havoc on menβs testosterone production & endocrine system in general. The staple diets of men today are filled with sugars, synthetic flavorings, pesticides, and lack nutrients and really any purpose other than a fun flavored lollipop (in essence). With eggs and red meat being vilified and synthetic replacements being heavily pushed, add that to modern work trapped inside of offices / buildings all day β it should come as no surprise:
Vitamin D, of course plays a big role in testosterone production, along with building muscle, reducing inflammation, strengthening bones, and keeping your immune system strong. With the lack of time people are spending outdoors, missing powerful Vitamin D given off by the greatest source there is, the Sun, itβs no surprise. And again, many of the foods responsible for offering copious amounts of vitamin D are also vilified (eggs, milk, meats).
The modern world is fun and easy, but a lot of that fun and is easy is what is slowly killing your testosterone levels and morphing you into low T soys. #TESTOSTERONE#FITNESS#BODYBUILDING
