We talk a lot about the Fool in tarot. But what most people don’t realize is that the Fool’s Journey isn’t just a metaphor…
It’s a map.

A map of becoming. Of falling and rising. Of losing yourself, only to realize you were never lost at all.

Each of us starts out like the Fool, standing at the edge of something new, carrying nothing but a fragile dream and the weight of what we’ve survived.
No plan. No guarantees. Just a quiet inner nudge that says: Go.

Where it feels like you’ve taken the wrong road. Where you can’t remember why you started. But that’s the journey.

The tower must fall. The shadow must rise. The illusions must burn before the real vision can be born.

You are not behind. You are not broken. You are not failing. You are mid-arc. You are on the path. You are living the Fool’s Journey in real time.

Just finished Lords of Easy Money this week.
One thing I love about audiobooks is that Shane and I can share the same book even while we’re in different states, we’ll listen in the car or while doing other things and then compare thoughts.

This one was worth the read… but only if you’re ready to get pissed off. It lays bare where the real disconnect happened between the online world and the world outside your front door.

While everyone points fingers about politics, red or blue, left or right, who’s to blame, the truth is there’s a small group of individuals who print money, gamble with it, and roll the dice without scrutiny or oversight.

It’s a sobering look at how the money actually flows, who’s pulling the strings, and why the economy keeps spiraling into bubbles that can’t sustain themselves. Spoiler: it’s not who we think.

Really good read if you’re into peeling back the curtain on the economy… but it will leave you asking the same question I am:
Who exactly voted these people into power?

Here’s what I’ll never say: That it’s your fault. That you “attracted” your trauma. That pain is some cosmic punishment for not thinking positively enough.

That’s spiritual bypass. And it’s dangerous.

Here’s what I do believe: The Law of Attraction isn’t about blame, It’s about awareness. It’s not that you “manifested” your suffering. It’s that you may have unconsciously repeated what you were taught…What you inherited…

What you didn’t know how to escape…Until one day, you woke up inside the pattern and decided: No more.

The law doesn’t create the pain. But it does respond to your permission.

And sometimes, pain is what cracks us open. Sometimes, the dark night is what brings us home. Sometimes, it takes the storm for us to hear the whisper.

So no, You didn’t deserve what happened. But you do deserve to reclaim your power now. And that’s what this law really offers: Not control.

But choice. A new pattern. A new voice. A new future.
Because now that you see… You get to decide what happens next.

It’s been a slow start to my morning. Just left the gym, checked my messages… and apparently I’ve been cursed. Again.

Lately, my inbox has been flooded with self-proclaimed psychics and tarot readers claiming they’re “drawn to me,” that they have urgent messages from the beyond, that I’m hexed and need a reading immediately.

And of course, there’s always a fee attached.

Sometimes, when I’m bored, I’ll reply politely and decline. But lately, I’ve stopped responding altogether. Today, one went so far as to scream at me through Messenger, spam me with paragraphs, and then send me a photo of a corpse, declaring they had hexed me.

This is precisely why people don’t take psychics, mediums, or the metaphysical world seriously anymore.

Because of this kind of garbage.

Let’s get one thing clear:
Hexes and curses are not real.

No one has the power to override your free will without your mental consent.
It’s a manipulation tactic, planting fear in your subconscious so you’ll hand over your power (and your wallet).

Over the past decade and a half, I’ve seen far too many clients traumatized by this kind of spiritual abuse. It’s disheartening, and it needs to stop.

Tarot doesn’t work like that.
Energy doesn’t work like that.

You are the only one who gets to decide what takes root in your mind.
Reject the suggestion. Reclaim your power.

And to the “psychics” out there exploiting fear for profit
Do better.

In relationship psychology, there are four core types of relationships, but not all of them lead to growth, healing, or true love.

Let’s break them down:

1. Transactional Relationships
👉 Built on needs, not connection. You give. They take. Or vice versa.
These are relationships that work on paper but lack emotional depth. You stay because it’s “easy.” You leave because it’s empty.

2. Trauma-Bonded Relationships
👉 Fueled by pain, chaos, and unfinished wounds. They feel intense, passionate, and confused. You're not sure if it’s love… or survival. And that’s the problem.
These relationships often repeat old patterns until someone chooses to break the cycle and heal.

3. Companionate Relationships
👉 Comfortable. Safe. Predictable. You care for each other, but the passion is low. You’re best friends… but no longer lovers.
Many couples arrive here and stay, not unhappy, but unfulfilled.

4. Conscious Relationships
👉 Built on truth, growth, and radical self-awareness. These relationships are earned, not found. They challenge you to rise, to be seen, to heal, not to be saved.

Being born with trichotillomania, an anxiety disorder where I twirl and pull my own hair, it’s no surprise I fell in love with electronic music in my early twenties.
