René Magritte in the late 20's created this art. Well... Not this one... This one was made by the Al Geminie. When I say Al... It gets complicated.

My prompter: "Create an image of a classic pipe in a simple light brown background written in French "this isn't a pipe"."
I didn't specify Magritte work. But it was clearly "inspired" by it & much more. It, Geminie, decided to make it realistic, instead of the original art. That means it was "inspired" by millions of other images (real photos of pipes) to create this image.
Magritte's objective of this artwork? This not a pipe is part of the collection "La trahison des images" The Treachary of Images. So, as his words: "Who would dare to claim that the image of a pipe is a pipe? Who could smoke the pipe in my painting? No one. Therefore, it is not a pipe."

And Geminie image? Is it a pipe? Is it art?... If it is I will call it "The Treachry of Al". Who will claim the this image? Me? Google? The owners of stolen work Geminie was trained? Who can say "inspired" instead of Stealing? No one. Therefore, it is not art.
