I’m Fiaz Ali, and I’ve spent nearly 20 years in fitness — but I didn’t start here. I was just a fat guy, out of breath walking down the street, trapped in bad habits and self-doubt. People laughed when I joined the gym, but that lit a fire in me. I lost 6 stone, made every mistake possible, and learned what truly works, not just for the body, but for the mind.

Fast forward to the present; now, I coach people around the world, from athletes and actors to everyday individuals, helping them build strength, confidence, and control. I know what it’s like to feel stuck and lost, I know what it's like to not have support I know how hard this is, because I’ve lived it.
