Currently craving brownie cookies 😅 If you're a fellow chocolate lover, I'm sure you can relate. To easily satisfy your cravings using boxed brownie mix, follow the recipe below 😊


🌱Ingredients

- 1 boxed brownie mix (any kind)

- 2 eggs

- ½ cup vegetable oil

- 1 Tbsp. water

- ¼ cup cocoa powder, unsweetened

- a handful of chocolate chips (optional)


👩‍🍳Cooking Steps

- Preheat oven to 350°F.  

- Combine brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Mix until smooth. 

- Mix in cocoa powder & chocolate chips (optional). 

- Chill dough for 10 min in the fridge. 

- Scoop into 1 Tbsp. balls, spacing about 2 in. apart. 

- Bake for 10 min., or until the cookies have crackling on top.
