But the truth is... I never really understood what it's like to be obese. 🤔
What's the problem to lose weight? Just EAT LESS and MOVE YOUR ASS MORE!
Simple. I thought…
But in reality, I had no clue - how it ACTUALLY FEELS LIKE.
😈 So I decided to go extreme. I got myself OBESE.
Now, I understand - you cannot tell someone How To Lose Weight if you've never been OVERWEIGHT in your Life!
I spent the last 8 months gaining weight on purpose. And I reached Obesity Class 2.
Now I understand: 🧠The mental fog. 💥The pain in joints. Shortness of breath. 😰Panic attacks. 😓Shame. 😣Depression.
I had no idea how deeply it affects your life, your confidence, your relationships. How people look at you differently. How YOU start seeing yourself differently.
Especially after being “the fit guy”.
Now it’s time to flip the switch. I will use everything I know — Nutrition, supplements, fat-burning protocols, training, discipline — To see if I can lose all that weight in just 100 days!
