While de Guzman acknowledged the total value of the Philippine audio electronics market, encompassing both consumer and professional audio equipment and projected by market research firm 6Wresearch to reach USD8.1billion, growing at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 4.5% in the next few years, her focus remained firmly on the pro audio segment's significant contribution to this growth.

"The return of large-scale gatherings, from international music festivals to local corporate conferences, has created an urgent need for state-of-the-art sound reinforcement," said de Guzman. "This increased activity in the entertainment and hospitality industries is prompting significant investments in high-quality sound solutions, recognizing that superior audio is paramount for audience satisfaction and engagement.

“The demand for pro audio gear, encompassing everything from robust PA systems for large venues to sophisticated wireless microphone setups for seamless presentations and advanced mixing consoles for precise sound control, stands out as a primary and powerful catalyst for growth within the larger Philippine audio electronics landscape,” explained de Guzman. “The renewed emphasis on in-person experiences means that businesses and event organizers are prioritizing professional-grade audio infrastructure to deliver impactful and memorable events.”
