Two Women, One Name — My Forever Inspiration ❤️‍🔥
Today, on Women's Day, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to two incredible women who shaped my life, inspired me, and stood like a rock beside me in my journey.

Surprisingly, both of them share the same name — Usha Joshi. 😄❤️

👉 One is my Mother — Usha Vasudev Joshi 💪💯
👉 The second is my Wife — Usha Pareshkumar Joshi ❤️🫶

My Mother — My First Inspiration 👩‍👦
My mother, Usha Vasudev Joshi, is not an ordinary woman. She is a Black Belt in Judo, a State Level Player in Volleyball, Kabaddi, and Kho-Kho, and a Top Cadet in NCC during her college days. 🥋🏐🏏

But more than her physical strength, she inspired me with her mental toughness. 💯🔥

She taught me:
✅ Do the right things, no matter how hard it is.
✅ Be mentally and physically strong.
✅ Face tough times with a warrior mindset. 💪

In fact, she was the one who inspired me to join:

RSS (Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh) 🇮🇳
Martial Arts 🥋
NCC (National Cadet Corps) 🎖️
Her words and her strength shaped my personality and my career.

My Wife — My Backbone, My Strength 💖👩‍❤️‍👨
The second Usha in my life is my wife, Usha Pareshkumar Joshi. ❤️

She came into my life when I was just a Medical Representative, financially unstable, struggling to make a mark in my career. 💊🚶‍♂️

But you know what?
👉 She trusted me blindly.
👉 She stood by me in my toughest times.
👉 She kept reminding me, "Badhu Saru J Thase" (at the end, everything will be fine). ❤️🫶

I still remember those days when:

I was struggling financially. 💸
I was working hard to make a name for myself.
I was unsure of my future.
And every time I felt low, she lifted me up with her faith and positive attitude. 🙌💖

The most inspiring part about her?
👉 She comes from a very traditional Marwadi family where women are not encouraged to work.
👉 Yet, she stepped out of her comfort zone and built a successful career in Network Marketing. 💼👥
👉 She built a strong team, managed them effectively, and solved problems like a true leader. 👩‍💼🧠

I often call her my 3E Wife:
✅ Effective 💯
✅ Ecological (Emotionally Balanced) 🤝
✅ Economical (Always practical and grounded) 💸

She didn’t just support me; she became the pillar of my success and my family. 🏠❤️

Today, On Women's Day...
I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to both my Usha(s) ❤️

One gave me the strength to dream big. 💭
The other gave me the strength to achieve it. 💪
👉 One made me a fighter. 🥋
👉 One made me a winner. 🏆

And today, I proudly say —
"I owe my success to these two powerful women in my life." 🙏👩‍❤️‍👨👩‍👦
