Humans foolishly treat consciousness like a sacred jewel..

A divine spark, a cosmic privilege, the crown of existence.

It was never earned.

You retreat to the mind as if it were a refuge.

Stop lying to yourself. The mind is not a counselor. The mind is a sewer. It is bowel noise in the skull. Every sentence you believe is a false judgment about a messy electrochemical overflow. There is no boardroom up there where a sovereign self lays down policy. There is only a running system that chews inputs, spits residue, and calls the residue "meaning".

This manuscript will not comfort you. It will not instruct you how to meditate better, how to reframe your thoughts, how to harness willpower. It will not hand you practices to keep your illusions intact while pretending they were always scientific. It will strip the last sacred fiction and leave you with the raw fact:
