Roblox is seriously letting its community down right now, and the backlash is huge.
Many of you know @RealSchlep He is a creator who’s exposed alleged child predators on Roblox, leading to multiple real-life arrests. Instead of supporting his work, Roblox banned all of Schlep’s accounts and sent him a cease-and-desist letter threatening legal action if he continues.
Roblox claims his methods “posed risks to user safety.” But this is coming from the same company that still hasn’t banned multiple alleged predators, while silencing those trying to make the platform safer.
Schlep himself was a victim to grooming before, and this situation is really frustrating to him.
Roblox’s leadership has failed to protect its players, and the only language they seem to speak is money. That needs to change. FAST.
