I always say that Loulou is aging backwards because of her puppy face that just keeps getting cuter. However, I am extremely fortunate to see Loulou grow into this adorable senior puggy. Also Loulou’s (not so) little tongue is starting to stick out more and it gives her the most endearing grandma-look 👵🏼🩷

Loulou, you are so special, strong, sassy, smiley and silly! Every day with you is the biggest gift. We all love you SO much! 🥰

Our small, silly, sweet and sensitive girl couldn’t have come into our lives at a better time. She has made this difficult year so much brighter and has been the best nurse for Loulou with her endless healing kisses 🥰

Getting stronger and fluffier by the day 🤗🩷

Loulou is doing well 🥰 She is happy, is slowly getting more energy and has gained some weight after losing quite a lot of muscle mass.
OH and she has been barking her head off now that her voice is back after 2 months 🫠

Do you like my new haircut? 💇🏼‍♀️

It’s 3 days after Loulou’s second surgery and she is doing better every day! Her breathing has improved a lot more, her appetite is very much present as always and her tail is wagging nonstop 🥰

The only “major setback” for Loulou is that her incision is very itchy and she has to wear the cone of shame 🥲 Hopefully it will heal as quickly as her fur already seems to be growing back 🤭🩷

Update on Loulou ❤️‍🩹
Unfortunately Loulou’s breathing still isn’t back to normal yet and still has a loud wheezing sound 😔 We also had very warm temperatures the past two days, so I had to keep Loulou extra calm and quiet in the house all day long. Which is a huge challenge, because Loulou is not a puggy who likes to sit still 🫣

Fortunately, besides her breathing problems, Loulou is doing well. If it were up to her, she would be running and playing again. Her appetite is also bigger than ever — if that was even possible 😅

Hopefully with a lot of patience and a lot of rest, Loulou will be able to breathe normally again and can do everything she wants to do (well, after the second surgery…) 🥹🤞🏼

Thank you everyone for the get well wishes and the outpouring of love for Loulou 🩷🩷🩷
